Research On A Hospital Pharmacy Trusteeship Model

Medical market in China is irregular,it has main problems such as higher management cost,too many circulations etc.which causes inflated price in medicine consumption,which has greatly increased the public medical cost in China.Therefore,this paper makes research on trusteeship reform on Chinese drugstore,firstly,it makes detailed illustration on concept,operation situation and relevant laws of Chinese drugstore trusteeship,and summarizes its main advantages,existing risks and development state,in addition,it makes feasibility analysis on drugstore trusteeship from aspects of policy,profit distribution etc,on this basis,it compares and analyzes 3 main drugstore trusteeship models in China,operation mechanism and achievement comparison of Liuzhou model,Nanjing model and Suzhou model,it uses A hospital as research object,makes deep discussion on improvement of drugstore trusteeship and existing problems.In the end,this paper summarizes its improvement measure and suggestion,including attention on construction and practice of informationization strategy,enhance operation efficiency of supply chain,attention on extension service of medical logistics,innovation on service mode of upstream pharmaceutical enterprise,and integrated service model etc.It hopes that this paper can give realistic meanings and illumination effect on drugstore trusteeship and reform in China,which has certain reference meanings for China to further deepen medical reform and improve drugstore trusteeship model.
