coefficient of the questionnaire on the status of diabetes patients participating in the prevention of diabetic foot was 0.929,the content validity was 0.970,and the structural validity was 0.786.The questionnaire has good reliability and validity and can be used to investigate the status of diabetes patients involved in the prevention of diabetic foot.(3)Questionnaire results: The total score of knowledge dimension is 36.46±6.95,the score of diabetes knowledge is 15.57±3.22,and the score of diabetes foot knowledge is 20.99±4.54.The total score of the attitude dimension is 26.86 ± 3.95.The behavioral dimension was 38.84±7.37,the self-monitoring score was 15.38±3.15,and the foot protection behavior score was 23.47±4.97.The total factor of influence factors is 22.44±4.64.One-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis showed that the degree of education, monthly income, number of hospitalizations or visits, and number of years of illness were the predictors of their participation in knowledge scores, and marital status was negatively correlated with their participation in knowledge scores..The degree of education, monthly income, number of hospitalizations or visits, and number of years of illness were positively correlated with the participation scores of diabetic patients, and age was negatively correlated with their participation attitude scores. The age, education level, monthly income and number of years of illness were positively correlated with the patient's participation behavior scores. The marital status and place of residence were negatively correlated with the patient participation behavior score.Univariate analysis may affect the factors that influence the participation of diabetic patients in the prevention of diabetic foot.Statistical factors include the age of the diabetic, marital status, occupation, place of residence, monthly income, number of hospitalizations or visits, years of illness,Medical expenses, blood glucose compliance, regular inspection and participation.Conclusions:(1)The questionnaire for the participation of diabetic patients in the prevention of diabetic foot status has good reliability and validity, and can be a survey tool to reflect the participation of diabetic patients in the prevention of knowledge, attitudes, behaviors and influencing factors of diabetic foot.(2)Diabetic patients have a certain degree of awareness of participating in the prevention of diabetic foot, and have a strong participation attitude towards participation in the prevention of diabetic foot, but the knowledge and behavior of patients participating in the disease are at a medium level, and there are factors that objectively hinder the participation of patients.(3)Diabetes patients are willing to participate in the prevention of diabetic foot, but there are obstacles to the psychological burden,it is difficult for patients to actively participate.(4)Some patients with diabetes are willing to actively participate in the prevention of diabetic foot, but lack knowledge about diabetes management,self-care behavior is difficult to adhere to.(5)The promotion factors of diabetes patients actively participating in diabetic foot are positive for the trust of medical staff, social support system incentives and self-management.The most important thing is to mobilize the patient's self-management attitude and increase the patient's active participation.
