Objective: Objective To compare the short-term clinical effects of monondylar replacement(UKA)and total knee arthroplasty(TKA)in the treatment of medial knee osteoarthritis. Methods: Patients with medial interventricular joint of knee joint from October 2015 to October 2017 in Xinjiang productive Construction Corps Hospital were collected by retrospective analysis. The patients who met the criteria of inclusion and exclusion were divided into UKA group and TKA group according to different surgical methods. The general data of the patients were counted, the operative time, the amount of bleeding during the operation and the time of flexion of knee joint to 90 °after operation were recorded in detail. The hss score, vas pain visual analogue score and fjs score were calculated before operation and 1,3,6,12 months after operation. The collected data were analyzed statistically. The results of uka and tka in the treatment of medial osteoarthritis of knee joint were analyzed according to the data and data obtained. Results: A total of 50 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were included in the retrospective analysis, including 23 patients in the UKA group and 27 patients in the TKA group. All patients were followed up for 12 months. The time spent on surgery and knee flexion to 90° in the UKA group was shorter than that in the TKA group [(58.0±7.1)min vs(73.8±6.6)min,(6.9±2.3)d vs(11.3±3.4)d Intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage were also less than those in the TKA group [(25.4±3.3)ml vs(51.5 ± 7.4)ml,(121.5±19.4)ml vs(308.4±39.3)ml],and the differences were Statistically significant(t = 5.037,5.495,18.743,p < 0.001).The VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those of the two groups after surgery, and the HSS scores were higher than those before surgery [TKA group:(3.9±1.6)points vs(7.8±0.7)points,(81.9±3.7)points vs(54.3±2.8));UKA group:(2.1±0.9)points vs(7.9±1.4)points,(89.1±5.3)points vs(57.0 ± 3.6)points],and the differences were statistically significant;preoperative UKA group and TKA group There were no significant differences in VAS and HSS scores between the patients. The VAS scores of the UKA group were lower than those of the TKA group at 12 months after surgery [(2.1±0.9)points vs.3.9±1.6)points(89.1±5.3)points vs(81.9 ± 3.7)points],and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. The FJS scores of the 2 groups were higher than those of the 6 months after operation [(58.9±3.4)points vs(44.9±2.5)points,(72.7±2.85)points vs(58.1±1.3)points],and the differences were all Statistically significant(t=-13.763,-17.103,<0.05);the FJS scores of the UKA group were higher than those of the TKA group at 6 months and 12 months after surgery, and the differences were also statistically significant.Significance(t=-12.974,-15.749,p<0.05).Conclusions: Both UKA and TKA can effectively treat the medial ventricular osteoarthritis of the knee, but UKA is more effective than TKA in retaining the normal structure of the knee joint, the operation time is shorter, the trauma is less, the subjective feeling of the patients after operation is better than that of TKA,and the curative effect is satisfactory, and it is worth popularizing.
