Analysis Of TCM Syndrome And Treatment Rule Of Medial Interventricular Osteoarthritis Of Knee

Objective:This paper reviews the clinical cases of patients with knee ventricular osteoarthritis treated by the Department of Sports injury in the hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese medicine,and probes into the law of TCM syndrome in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in the medial knee,which provides a basis for TCM to treat kneecap.Methods:This retrospective study was conducted on 105 cases of medial interventricular osteoarthritis of the knee collected in the department,and the general data,syndrome types and medication of the cases were counted.Statistical software SPSS Statistics 22 was used to analyze the frequency and clustering of the data,and summarize the commonly used traditional Chinese medicine and its formulations in clinical practice.Results:In the case of statistical collection,four kinds of syndromes were the most common,and 15 the most commonly used Chinese herbal medicines were bovine knees,angelica,chuanxiong,solitary,kidney loss,Poria,Astragalus,Tian Nan Xing,atractylodes,Bone shredding,albino,eucommia,cypress,cooked dihuang and white appendages.According to the category of Chinese medicine,the use of the largest number of drugs in the first five are to fill the false drugs,anti-rheumatism drugs,huoxue huayu drugs,water leaching wet drugs,antipyretic drugs.Commonly used drug combination has 6 groups,respectively,papaya,Albino,Pueraria,Poria,cow knee,stretch grass,cooked dihuang,Tian Nan Xing,Chuan Wu,white appendage,fine Xin,live alone,Qiang live,continue,triangulate,Eucommia,zedoary,angelica,peach kernel,fragrance,bone shredding,Chuanxiong,Atractylodes,Cork,Astragalus.Conclusion:In the medial ventricular osteoarthritis syndrome of the knee,the proportion of cold and wet bi syndrome and hepatic kidney loss deficiency syndrome is the largest,and the combination of 6 groups of drugs often used in cluster analysis can basically meet the needs of clinical treatment,in which the frequency of deficiency drugs and antirheumatism drugs is higher,according to the actual needs of clinical use,will help to improve the level Improve the quality of life of patients.
