Clinical Observation Of Ziyin Liqi Prescription In The Treatment Of Sjogren's Syndrome Of Yin Deficiency And Qi Stagnation

Objective:In this study,patients with yin deficiency and qi stagnation type primary Sjogren's syndrome were treated with Ziyin Liqi Prescription.By observing the changes in TCM syndrome scores of patients at 0 and 12 weeks of treatment and the patient's changes in the average score of dry,fatigue and pain symptoms,changes in disease activity scores,improvement of relevant laboratory test indicators,observation of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine for Ziyin Liqi Prescription in treating patients with yin deficiency and qi stagnation type primary Sjogren's syndrome Safety conditions to provide effective treatment for relevant patients.Methods: According to the randomized and controlled principles,50 patients who met the criteria for stagnation of stagnation and stagnation type of primary Sjogren's syndrome were randomly divided into 25 patients in the treatment group and 25 patients in the control group.Control group: treated with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets,taking 0.2 g,once daily.The treatmentl group: the treatment of Ziyin Liqi Prescription,Chinese medicine decoction(Zuogui Decoction and Xiaoyao San addition and subtraction),once in the morning and evening,once a bag,taking it after heating after a meal.The changes of TCM syndrome scores of patients at 0 and 12 weeks of treatment,changes of average score of the patients' dry,pain and fatigue symptoms,changes in disease activity scores,relevant laboratory test indicators of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),changes in immunoglobulins(IgG,IgM,IgA).Results: For the comprehensive efficacy evaluation,the total effective rate of the treatment group for the improvement of TCM syndrome was 88%;the total effective rate of the control group was 54.17%.The TCM syndrome score,self-rated dryness,pain,fatigue,and disease activity scores of the treatment group and the control group were improved at 0 weeks,and the scores were improved at different levels(P<0.05).However,the treatment group was more obvious than the control group,which was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Relevant laboratory tests showed that CRP and IgA decreased at 12 weeks in the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 12 weeks,the improvement of ESR,IgM,IgG was not obvious in two groups(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Ziyin Liqi Prescription has a significant effect on the scores of TCM symptoms,subjective symptoms and disease activity index in patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome of Yin deficiency and Qi stagnation,and can improve related laboratory indexes.2.Ziyin Liqi Prescription is effective in treating primary Sjogren's syndrome with Yin deficiency and Qi stagnation,and has fewer side effects.It is worthy of further study and promotion.
