Objective: To analyze the distribution of TCM syndromes in acute attack of bronchial asthma by epidemiology and related statistics,to study the possible pathogenesis of the disease,to provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM,and to provide standardized basis for the evaluation and in-depth study of the effect of TCM diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Methods: The distribution of TCM syndromes in acute attack of bronchial asthma was mastered by literature analysis.Relevant questionnaires were drawn up and case studies were carried out in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.SPSS22.0 was used to analyze the relevant data, and statistical methods were used to analyze the syndrome types and distribution of TCM syndromes in the acute stage of the disease.Result: The basic data of 200 patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma were analyzed.According to the syndrome type,it can be divided into five categories: cold asthma, heat asthma, cold package heat asthma, wind phlegm asthma and asthenia asthma.Based on the basic clinical data(sex, age, allergic history, degree of illness)and lung function indicators such as FEV1,PEF mutation rate for data analysis and finishing,we could get: 1.There were27 cases of cold asthma,24 cases of heat asthma,57 cases of cold-packed heat asthma,51 cases of wind-phlegm asthma and 41 cases of asthma due to deficiency.Complex cold-packed heat asthma,wind-phlegm asthma and asthma were more common.2.Data analysis of cold asthma syndrome and allergic diseases and disease severity is statistically significant.3.There is a statistical difference between the cold pack and the history of gender and allergy.4.The syndrome of snarl is statistically different from age, gender, allergic disease and disease severity.5.The cold pack hot stagnation syndrome was statistically different from other syndrome types, and the cold pack hot stagnation syndrome combined with FEV1(% predicted value)wassignificantly reduced.6.Compared with other syndrome types,Hanshen syndrome had statistically significant differences in PEF personal values and their rate of change.Cold stagnation syndrome combined with PEF(%predicted value)was significantly reduced.Conclusions:1.The attack of acute bronchial asthma is influenced by many factors, and the syndrome of cold-pack-heat asthma,wind-phlegm asthma and asthma with complex condition are more common.2.Among the critically ill patients, the cold stagnation syndrome accounted for the largest proportion;the cold stagnation syndrome airway obstruction was heavier than other syndrome types.3.There are relatively many patients with milder sputum syndrome, and fewer critically ill patients.4.The number of women with cold pack fever syndrome is higher than that of males, accompanied by allergic diseases;the degree of airway obstruction in cold packs is higher than other syndromes.5.The patients with wind snoring syndrome are mainly characterized by acute illness and snoring, which are related to personal physique and have fewer related factors,so they are in line with clinical practice.6.The patients with sham syndrome are more common in elderly patients, and the proportion of males is higher than that of females;the possibility of allergic diseases in patients with sham syndrome is very small, indicating that the incidence of sham syndrome may be induced by other factors besides allergic factors; In critically ill patients, the proportion of patients with sham syndrome is relatively large.
