Effects Of Alprostadil Therapy On Serum Levels Of IL-5?IL-8?TGF-?1 And Pulmonary Function Of The Patients With Bronchial Asthma

Objective:To investigate the effect of Alprostadil(PGE1)on in patie nts with serum Interleukin5(IL-5),Interleukin8(IL-8)and Transforming Growth Factor?1(TGF-?1),and lung function index for the first se cond forced expiratory volume%expected(FEV1%pre)in acute attack of bronchial asthma.Method:60patients whose diagnosed with bronchial asthma(moderate acute attack)divided into two groups namely the routine treatment group(groupA,n=30)and Alprostadil intervention group(groupB,n=30).Detailed records of all the research object of age?gender?height?weight and the course of disease,Group Awere treated with routine treatment just as controlling oxygen therapy?anti-infection treatment and expansion of the airway,similar in two groups all use the same medicine and batch antibiotics(piperacillin-tazobactam)inhibiting the infection,inhibition of airway inflammation?spasmolysis and expan sion of the airway choose glucocorticoid(Budesonide Inhalation Pow der)short-acting beta-2 agonist(salbutamol)and anticholinergic drugs(ipratropium),contin-uous treatment for 7days;however,10?gAlprostadil dry emulsion injection and 100mlsodium chloride injection were us ed for Group B aside from the routine treatment,while at the same time with an intravenous drip per day for the period of 7 days.Gro up A and group B are in before 1 day and 7 days after treatment respectively dawn with empty stomach take5ml blood of patients'elbow,all serum samples were sent tohuman normal university th e second affiliated hospital clinical laboratory,preserved in BCD-182 GM-20?refrigeratorafter centrifugal,then concentration test of se rum IL-5?IL-8?TGF-?1 and pulmonary function at regular time,and compa-ring with both two groups of these subjects when all the datas were represent.Results:Group A and group B level of serum Interleukin5(IL-5),Interleukin8(IL-8)and Transforming Growth Factor?1(TGF-?1)has no obvious difference for each other before treatment(P>0.05).But all indexes in both group A and group B were obviously decreased in comparison with before treatment,and the levels of IL-5?IL-8 and TGF-?1 in both group B decreased more greatly than in the groupA,both group A and group B lung function also was improved,and gr op B improved much more than group A,the difference has statistic ally significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Alprostadil can redue the levels of IL-5,IL-8 and TGF-?1,inhibiting the inflammatory reaction and relax bronchial m uscle?increased ventilation in patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma and improve lung function.
