The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Post-stroke Depression With The Method Of Centro-square Needling At Shangxing

Objective:Through the clinical study on the treatment of post-stroke depression with the method of centro-square needling at Shangxing,it provides an effective treatment method for the clinical treatment of the diseaseMethods:The study cases were taken from outpatients of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The time of treatment was from September 2016 to December 2018,and 52 patients with post-stroke depression who met the diagnostic and inclusion criteria.The random number table method was divided into 26 cases in the treatment group and 26 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with the method of centro-square needling at Shangxing,the control group was treated with conventional acupoints,and the course of treatment was 6 times a week,the next course of treatment was continued for 4 courses after rest of 1 day,the second session,HAMD-17,was assessed after the treatment.The total scores of HAMD before and after treatment,the scores of each factor and the comprehensive clinical efficacy were compared and analyzed by SPSS 19.0 softwareResults:1.The total score of HAMD in the treatment group was significantly decreased before and after treatment,which was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after treatment,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.The scores of HAMD factors in the treatment group were signif icantly decreased before and after treatment,which was satistically sign ificant(P<0.05).The scores of HAMD factors in the control group al so decreased significantly before and after treatment,which was satistic ally significant(P<0.05).The treatment group had better therapeutic e ffects in improving cognitive impairment,bio eking(depress ion,work and interests,thoughts and bradyphrasia,difficulty in concentrating,decreasin g,initiative,sexual symptoms),sleeping disorder factors,which was statisti cally significant(P<0.05)ang had better therapeutic effect,there were n o differences in the therapeutic effect between the two groups in impr oving anxiety somatic factors and weight loss factors,they were not st atistically significant(P>0.05);3.The total effective rate(100-%)of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(92.3%),and the effective rate of the treatment group(72.0-%)was higher than that of the control group(38.5%).The two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group had better therapeutic effect.Conclusion:1.The method of centro-square needling at Shangxing can effectively improve the depression state of patients with post-stroke depression and has better clinical efficacy;2.The method of centro-square needling at Shangxing has more obvious advantages in improving cognitive impairments,sleeping disorder and blocking of brain function in patients with post-stroke depression.
