Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qinggan Jieyu Decoction in the treatment of hyperprolactinemia in patients with liver stagnation syndrome, and to clarify the experience of Professor Wang Xiuxia in the treatment of hyperprolactinemia with liver stagnation syndrome and clinical drug use experience. The diagnosis and treatment of this disease provides valuable experience and theoretical basis. Methods: We observed 30 cases of hyperprolactinemia patients who were treated by Wang Xiuxia, the first hospital affiliated to Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, from February 2017 to August1818,and who were diagnosed and treated by liver and stagnation syndrome. The treatment of "Qinggan Jieyu Decoction" with 3 menstrual cycles was added to observe the TCM syndrome scores, serum prolactin levels,TCM syndrome efficacy and overall efficacy before and after treatment.SPSS 17.0statistical software was used.It performs data statistics and analysis. Results:The overall effective rate of liver stagnation syndrome in patients with hyperprolactinemia after 3 months of menstrual cycle Qinggan Jieyu Decoction is 80%,of which 1 patient was cured, accounting for 3.3% of the total number; For example,it accounted for 26.7%;15 cases were effective, accounting for 50%;6 cases were invalid, accounting for 20%.The effective rate of TCM syndromes was 80%,and the TCM syndrome scores and single scores were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum prolactin levels decreased after treatment, and the difference in serum prolactin values after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Qinggan Jieyu Decoction plus oral therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with liver-stagnation syndrome and hyperprolactinemia, which can significantly alleviate the pathological conditions such as menstrual disorders, galactorrhea and liver depression syndrome.2.Professor Wang Xiuxia proposed that liver stagnation is the most important pathological change of this disease, and the pathogenesis can be mainly divided into liver stagnation and kidney deficiency, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.3.Treatment of this disease is always based on the principle of Shugan Jieyu, and the treatment of this disease is treated with Qinggan Jieyu Decoction.
