Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Simple Obesity(Damp-resistance Type Of Spleen Deficiency) With Plaster Rubbing Method

Objective: the main purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of paste rub method and Chinese medicine in the treatment of simple obesity,and to compare the difference in efficacy between the two methods,so as to confirm the clinical efficacy and advantages of paste rub method.Methods: on the basis of establishing strict diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria and curative effect evaluation criteria,60 patients with simple obesity were divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of randomization and control group.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and massage,while the control group was treated with shenshu jianpi decoction,which has the effect of losing weight,for 60 days.Record one by one before and after treatment in patients with indicators,such as: weight value,waist circumference,BMI value,hip circumference,waist hip ratio,triglycerides,value,value,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,such as numerical,and fill in symptom integral table before and after treatment in time,to evaluate the treatment,treatment after the observation indexes and therapeutic effect.Results:(1)the total effective rate was 89.29% in the treatment group and 79.31% in the control group after oral administration of shenzhu jianpi decoction(2)will be compared to numerical value before treatment,after treatment the changes of index in patients after treatment,such as the weight value,waist circumference,BMI value,hip circumference,waist hip ratio,cholesterol,triglycerides,value value,high density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c)and TCM symptoms integral,were improved obviously,and in contrast with obvious sexual differences within the group(p < 0.05)Conclusion: paste the method in the treatment of simple obesity(pixu(spleen deficient)wet resistance type)in clinical effect is good,can obviously improve the patient's relevant indicators,such as: body weight,waist circumference,BMI,hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,triglyceride,cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c)and TCM symptoms integral,and anointed the method in the treatment of simple obesity(pixu(spleendeficient)wet resistance type)is superior to the effect of oral Chinese traditional medicine.
