Objective: 1.To explore the theoretical connotation of treating refractory urinary tract infections by differentiation of the Six Meridians Theory.2.Guided by the Six Meridians Theory, the therapeutic mechanism of modified Wuling Powder in the treatment of refractory urinary tract infections was analyzed.3.To summarize the clinical characteristics of the tutor's treatment of refractory urinary tract infections based on the Six Meridians Theory. Methods: Through consulting the relevant literature, combining with three years of follow-up study and experience, this topic summarizes the clinical experience and deduces the thinking on the basis of the typical cases collected. From two aspects of theory and clinical practice, this paper explores and summarizes the clinical characteristics of the tutor's treatment of refractory urinary tract infections based on the Six Meridians Theory. The main content is divided into three parts. The first part includes the understanding and research of Chinese medicine and western medicine on refractory urinary tract infection, and the application of wuling powder in the field of nephropathy. The second part includes the theoretical discussion of treating refractory urinary tract infection with the Six Meridians Theory and the theoretical basis of treating refractory urinary tract infection with wuling powder. The third part includes the clinical characteristics and cases of the tutor's treating refractory urinary tract infection with wuling powder. Results: 1.Based on the Six Meridians Theory:(1)Disease location: The main sites of refractory urinary tract infections are the bladder meridian of foot greater yang and the kidney meridian of foot lesser yin, which are related to the lung meridian of hand greater yin and the spleen meridian of foot greater yin.(2)Nature of disease : The disease of refractory urinary tract infections is based on deficiency of the kidney meridian of foot lesser yin,and blockage of dampness-heat,blood stasis and toxin. In the course of disease development and evolution, there are differences between exogenous cold pathogen and heat toxin, and between cold and fever of lesser yin. Therefore, refractory urinary tract infection has the characteristics of both deficiency and reality, and mixed cold and heat.(3)Rule of disease progress: In the course of transmission of refractory urinary tract infection, the common syndrome of the Kidney Meridian of foot lesser yin is the same as that of its meridian.2.Under the guidance of the Six Meridians Theory, the modified Wuling Powder is effective in treating refractory urinary tract infections, which has both the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine.3.The tutor treated the refractory urinary tract infection with the classical prescription Wuling Powder, and according to the syndrome, the effect was outstanding. Conclusion: 1.Differentiation and treatment of refractory urinary tract infections by the Six Meridians Theory has a relatively perfect theoretical basis.2.Under the Six Meridians Theory, the modified Jingfang Wuling Powder has reliable clinical efficacy in the treatment of refractory urinary tract infections.3.The tutor treated the refractory urinary tract infection with the classical prescription Wuling Powder, and according to the syndrome, the effect was remarkable.
