Purpose and significance:Based on the method of philosophy and the basis of the academic thoughts of nourishing Yin in the past,further exploration of Wang Mengying's academic thoughts on the treatment of yin injury will help to better summarize his nourishing Yin characteristics and provide more perfect TCM theory and clinical guidance for today.method:1 Based on the school library,"Chinese Medical Code" and CNKI,and consulting the relevant materials about the treatment of Yin injury in the past,we will systematically sort out the historical development of the theory of nourishing Yin.2 Using Wang Mengying's book as the core literature,combing,discriminating and categorizing,summing up Wang Mengying's inheritance of the predecessor's nourishing Yin theory,its distinctive theoretical application,and dialectical thinking of the law of prescriptions will be expanded.content:Starting from the concept of Yin injury,nourishing Yin theory will be systematically combed.Taking Wang Mengying's clinical thinking as the logical framework,the diagnosis and treatment of Yin injury as a clue,inductively sort out the four clinical thinking,dialectical features and governance characteristics used by Wang Mengying in the regulation and treatment of Yin injuries,the diagnosis of the tongue and pulse,and the examination of the every organ and the Yin injuries at different levels.Establish a system of nourishing Yin possessed by science,law,prescription and medicine.Summarize the use of Zhongjing prescription,create new method by the ancient law,and treat nowadays diseases.According to its commonly used nourishing Yin medicines,it sums up the incidence of special diseases related to Yin injury,in order to provide a more effective and simple method for clinical syndrome differentiation.Conclusion and enlightenment:Through the systematic review of the literature,the author puts forward four kinds of clinical thinking on the treatment of yin injury in Wang Mengying's book,namely,the five elementsof restraint,physical fitness,seven emotions,gasification.Dialectical treatment of Yin injury pays attention to the characteristics of tongue and pulse,and using the specific prescriptions of Zhongjing and the new prescriptions created to treat the Yin injuries of different organs and different levels,on the basis of this,summed up the application and development of Wang Mengying's academic thoughts on the treatment of Yin injury in contemporary clinics.Today,because of industrial development,diet structure,lifestyle,climate and other changes,there are more sub-health and disease populations with Yin injury physique,and various diseases often have a negative injury factor.Because Wang Mengying ' s life is close to contemporary,the physical fitness,climate temperature,disease spectrum,and syndrome spectrum are not far behind.Therefore,summarizing Wang Mengying's academic thoughts and clinical application of the theory of nourishing yin provides a theoretical guidance for the prescription of "Yin injury lead to diease" for TCM clinical prescriptions and cause scholars to pay attention to the pathogenesis of Yin injury.
