Objective: To observe the clinical effect of treating spasmodic paralysis of fingers after apoplexy with needling Sifeng(EX-UE 10)combined with conventional acupuncture.Method: Sixty patients with spastic finger paralysis after stroke were randomly divided into articular needling group and regular group, with 30 patients in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional drug therapy. On the basis of the regular group, the articular needling group increased the treated with Articular needling Sifeng, once a day,six days(a week). After two courses of treatment, two groups of patients were observed to look into the changes of the finger score in the fugl-meyer evaluation scale(FMA),the evaluation grade of the Brunnstrom motor function and the modified Ashworth spasm.Result:1.The finger score items in the Fugl-meyer assessment scale(FMA)were used to evaluate the patients' hand function. Before the treatment, the data of the two groups showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).After the treatment,FMA data of the two groups were statistically analyzed before and after treatment respectively, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the efficacy of the articular needling group was better than that of the regular group(P<0.01).2.Brunnstrom motor function assessment method was used to evaluate the grading of hand function. Before the treatment, the data of the two groups showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).After the treatment, the data of Brunnstrom motor function grading in the two groups were statistically analyzed before and after the treatment, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the articular needling group was better than the regular group(P<0.01).3.The revised Ashworth spasm rating scale was used to evaluate the hand spasm of the affected hand. Before the treatment, the data of the two groups showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).The data of the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed and improved respectively(P<0.05),and the articular needling group was better than the regular group(P<0.01).4.After two courses of treatment,in the articular needling group,10 cases were significantly effective,18 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate of articular needling group was 93.33%.In the regular group,5 cases were significantly effective,17 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,The total effective rate was 73.33%.The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Conventional acupuncture combined with articular needling Sifeng can effectively improve the motor function of the hand after stroke.2.Conventional acupuncture combined with articular needling Sifeng can effectively improve spastic paralysis of fingers after stroke.3.The articular needling group with articular needling Sifeng had better overall efficacy than the regular group with conventional treatment...
