Objective:The basic theory of prescription includes six major theories,compatibility of medicines,Indications,function,usage and classify.This study mainly applies the basic theory of the theoretical framework of prescription and comprehensive application of literature,bibliography and other research methods.This paper makes a Comparative analysis and research on the six aspects of the collection of the characteristics of the minimal formulae and the TCM compatiblility from the medicines,Indications,function,usage and classify.In order to find their respective characteristics and commonness,and then better guide clinical application.Methods:First of all,the method of literature research,sorting out the characteristics of the prescription and TCM compatiblility.The second step is to use the basic theory of the theoretical framework of prescriptions to analyze and study the six aspects,then is to summarize,analyze and generalize the similarities and differences.Results: 1.Forrmation of prescription:“minimal formulae” has the process of analyzing etiology and pathogenesis,establishing syndrome differentiation and classification,and formulating treatment method.The form of the group has the form of Jun+Chen,Jun+Zuo,etc.TCM compatiblility do not belong to TCM prescription,there is no process and form of traditional Chinese medicine prescription.2.Compatibility of medicines:The compatibility forms of minimal formulae are mostly complementary and opposite.The compatibility of TCM compatiblility is based on the compatibility of seven relationships and nature and taste of traditional Chinese medicine.3.function:Both minimal formulae and TCM compatiblility involve symptomatic,syndrome,and disease effects,However,the vast majority of documents are written in the form of a case,that is,a certain prescription or a certain medicine can treat a certain disease,Often confused.The efficacy is derived from the refinement and summary of the later scholars.4.Indications:Both the minimal formulae and the TCM compatiblility are involved in symptomatic,syndrome,disease treatment.5.usage:minimal formulae clear dose,TCM compatiblility exists in the compound prescription6.classify:Both minimal formulae and TCM compatiblility are mainly classified into efficacy.Conclusion:1.Minimal formulae belongs to the category of prescription and can be made alone.TCM compatiblility belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine,and its application is guided by the seven relationships and compatibility,can only exist in the prescription compound.2.The difference between the two is the group belongs to the concept unique to the minimal formulae;minimal formulae focuses on the same kind of compatibility,the TCM compatiblility focuses on the mutual needs and the compatibility of the seven relationships.The efficacy and indications of the two are basically the same;minimal formulae has its fixed usage,TCM compatiblility is not;Both minimal formulae and TCM compatiblility have efficacy classification.
