| Objectives:Observing the comparting of the Gancao Xiexin Decoction combined metoclopramide,and with only metoclopramide,treatment of Vomiting after TACE for Hepatocellular Cancer.The efficacy of vomiting after TACE was evaluated,and the antivomiting effect,gastrointestinal protection effect and safety of Gancao Xiexin Decoction were evaluated,so as to find a safe and effective treatment for vomiting of patients with TACE.Methods: A total of 63 patients with Hepatocellular Cancer and after TACE,and vomiting who were hospitalized in the Chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2016 to January 2019.01 were included in this study.All patients were diagnosed with Hepatocellular Cancer stage T3 and T4 and underwent TACE.The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(licorice xiexin decoction + metoclopramide)and the control group(metoclopramide),and the 1-week cycle was used to compare the nausea and vomiting grading,body mass index,tumor markers,and TCM syndrome score of quality of life before and after treatment.Results :(1)There was no significant difference in gender,age and stage(P > 0.5),which was comparable.(2)Both groups could alleviate the vomiting symptoms of patients,but the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P > 0.05).(3)Patients in the control group lost weight,and treatment in the experimental group could effectively prevent short-term weight loss caused by vomiting after intervention.(4)Both groups could reduce serum AFP,and the effect of decreasing AFP was more significant in the experimental group(P < 0).(5)The quality of life of patients in the treatment group and the control group was improved,and the quality of life of patients in the experimental group was significantly improved,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).(6)There was no statistical significance in the improvement of TCM syndromes of emotional depression,belching and energy exhaustion,while the two groups of other TCM syndromes were improved,and the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(7)There was no significant difference in safety indexes between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Gancao Xiexin Decoction for the treatment of vomiting after TACE for patients with Hepatocellular Cancer.can significantly improve the symptoms of nausea and vomiting,reduce the degree of weight loss,reduce tumor markers,improve the quality of life of patients,improve the patients' TCM syndromes,and has safety.It indicates the importance of traditional Chinese medicine in treating the side effects after interventional therapy for Hepatocellular Cancer. |
