The Clinical Research Of Tiao Jiu Therapy Combined With The Modified Xiebai Powder On The Treatment Of Lung Wind-heat Type Acne

Objective:Using Tiao jiu therapy combined with the modified Xiebai powder on the treatment of lung wind-heat type acne in clinic,give full play to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,researching its clinical efficacy and safety,to create a new thinking,a new method for acne treatment.Methods:In this study,a total of 72 patients were included by randomized control method.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases in each group.In the treatment group,Tiao jiu therapy was given;in the two groups,the modified Xiebai powder were taken orally.The course of treatment was 4 weeks,and the patients were revisited every week.Patients' skin lesions and clinical syndrome scores were evaluated before treatment,at week 1,2,3 and the end of treatment(week 4),and adverse reactions were recorded and timely treated.The patient was reexamined one month after the treatment to observe the recurrence.SPSS 20 software was used for statistical analysis and processing of all data.Results:Tiao jiu therapy combined with the modified Xiebai powder can significantly reduce the number of skin lesions and clinical syndrome points in patients with lung wind-heat acne.(1)in the treatment group,15 cases were cured,18 cases showed significant effect,2 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 97.20%;in the control group,8 cases were cured,18 cases showed significant effect,5 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 88.60%;The total effective rate of the two groups was determined by rank-sum test,P<0.05,and the therapeutic effect was significantly different between the two groups.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)in the treatment group,there were 33 cases of cured and effective patients,1 case of recurrence,and the recurrence rate was 6.67%.In the control group,there were 26 cases of cured and effective patients,5 cases of recurrence,and the recurrence rate was 25%.(3)a total of 3 patients in the treatment group presented mild adverse reactions,and 4 patients in the control group presented mild adverse reactions.In this study,adverse reactions were detected by X2 test,P>0.05.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups.The adverse reaction rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the symptoms were mild and acceptable to the patients.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Tiao jiu therapy combined with the modified Xiebai powder in the treatment of lung wind-heat type acne is better than only traditional Chinese medicine,and its recurrence rate is lower,which is worthy of further clinical research.
