Chloasma is a common clinical endocrine related disease,mostly occurring in the face,mainly manifested as symmetrical distribution,different sizes,irregular shape of facial pigmentation,spot fusion,clear boundaries,smooth surface,no higher than the skin,no inflammatory reaction and scales and other manifestations.It is most common in women of child-bearing age and postpartum,most of whom are Asian and Spanish.Chloasma is caused by the increase of melanin in the skin caused by various reasons,but the specific mechanism is unknown.It is believed to be related to the changes of endocrine hormones such as sex hormones,thyroid hormones,genetic factors,solar irradiation,the generation of oxygen free radicals,the imbalance of micro-ecology in skin lesions,drug abuse,cosmetics and other factors.At present western medicine mainly adopt internal and glutathione and topical skin bleaching agent hydroquinone cream,azelaic acid suppression collaterals neuraminidase activity,oral vitamin C,vitamin E,catechins,grape seed extract,soy isoflavones against oxygen free radicals,external use lattice to treat,such as the laser and intense pulsed light but method is limited,poor curative effect,high cost,treatment cycle is long,is not convenient to use clinical promotion.Currently,there are many treatment methods for chloasma,and some curative effects have been achieved,but no drugs with special curative effect have been found.Clinical use of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,internal and external treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine has no side effects in the treatment of chloasma,and has a good effect,so more and more attention has been paid to clinical researchers.At present,the treatment of chloasma commonly used in Chinese medicine is mainly internal medicine and external application therapy,as well as acupuncture and moxibustion,ear point bloodletting,acupoint injection,acupoint wire embedding,cupping of cupping in the back,pushing cupping,etc.,all of which have achieved relatively satisfactory efficacy.However,because chloasma is a refractory skin disease,its course of treatment is relatively long,and the cure rate is low,and the treatment methods and drugs are mostly based on experience,a unified traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and clinical efficacy standard has not yet been formed.Therefore,how to find a complete and standard treatment scheme based on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation has become a research hotspot for clinical workers.Professor Yue Rensong,the tutor,has rich clinical experience in the treatment of chloasma,with syndrome differentiation and type differentiation.This study aims to provide references for the treatment and further research of chloasma based on the literature research on the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and prescription of chloasma,and the academic experience of professor Yue Rensong in the treatment of chloasma based on syndrome differentiation,so as to inherit the teacher's academic thought.Methods:Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the clinical experience of professor Yue Rensong in the treatment of chloasma was summarized by literature research,induction,comparison,mathematical analysis and deduction,and the typical cases and notes were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In the treatment of chloasma,professor Yue Rensong,the tutor,often focuses on tonic drugs for deficiency and drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.On this basis,other drugs are added according to the disease.The overall prescription tends to be gentle,with a large amount of flat drug flavor,followed by warm tonic,also do not forget to supplement with a small amount of cold medicine to restrict the warm and hot;The whole prescription mainly USES the sweet taste to fill the deficiency,and USES the bitter taste to get rid of the blood stasis and dry dampness.It can be inferred from this that professor Yue Rensong believes that the treatment of chloasma mainly focuses on the treatment from the spleen and stomach,attaches importance to the care of the qi in the middle jiao,and believes that the fundamental pathogenesis of this disease lies in the weakness of the spleen and stomach,the lack of qi and blood flow,and the formation of pigmentation on the skin.Therefore,the clinical treatment of chloasma should focus on strengthening the spleen and invigorating the qi,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.On this basis,treatment should be given according to the place,time and person.The combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation should be carried out.
