Objective:In this study, acupuncture treatment was used to treat patients with IVF poor ovarian response mild-stimulation,and the effect of the treatment on the number of retrieved oocytes,high-grade embryo rate was observed. Methods:In this study,a randomized controlled trial of 66 poor ovarian response subjects was randomly assigned to the treatment group?acupuncture+mild-stimulation regimen?or the control group?mild-stimulation regimen?.Acupuncture treatment was performed before the oocyte was taken from February to March 3?excluding the menstrual period?,three times a week,30 minutes each time, the number of acupunctures was 20.80±1.59 times/person,and the control group only used the mild-stimulation program.Observed the number of retrieved oocytes, the rate of high-grade embryo, the rate of fertilization, the level on HCG day?E2,P?and the serum levels of essential hormones?FSH,LH,P,E2?and anxiety between the groups before and after treatment.Differences in self-rating scale?SAS?scores and depression self-assessment?SDS?scores.Results:1.Baseline analysis results:There was no significant difference between the baseline data and statistical analysis?P>0.05?,which was comparable;2.Main outcomes after treatment:the number of retrieved oocytes in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?;the rate of high-grade embryo in the treatment group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.3.Other relevant indicators after treatment:?1?The fertilization rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?;?2?The serum levels of FSH and E2 in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group and E2,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?;There was no statistically significant difference between serum basal hormone P and LH levels in the treatment group and serum basal hormone P level and LH level?P>0.05?.Serum basic hormones in the group:FSH and E2 levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those after treatment FSH and E2,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.?3?The level of blood hormone E2 in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?;the treatment group HCG injection There was no significant difference in the level of hematopoietic hormone P from the blood glucose P in the control group?P>0.05?.?4?The treatment group's self-rating anxiety scale?SAS?score and depression self-assessment?SDS?score were lower than the control self-rating scale?SAS?score, depression self-rating?SDS?score,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.Conclusions:1.Acupuncture can increase the number of retrieved oocytes and the rate of high-grade embryo in patients with indications of poor ovarian response with IVF mild-stimulation.2.Acupuncture can improve the fertilization rate of patients with indications of poor ovarian response with IVF mild-stimulation,and improve their sex hormone levels?FSH,E2,E2 before oocytes retrieval?,anxiety and depression.
