Objective:In this study, the modification of human serum and oocyte quality by acupuncture at different intervening times was studied, and the regulation of oocyte quality by acupuncture was clarified from the two levels of peripheral blood and oocyte,in order to provide a new clinical reference for improving the success rate of IVF from the perspective that acupuncture can improve oocyte quality.Method:Sixty-six eligible IVF-ET subjects were enrolled in this study. They were divided into treatment group or control group according to the principle of randomized control. The treatment group received acupuncture and moxibustion treatment after ovulation induction, after menstruation and before oocyte retrieval, and the control group received acupuncture and moxibustion for 2 months before oocyte retrieval. The number of oocytes retrieved, fertilization rate, good embryo rate, serum hormone on the day of HCG injection,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were observed, and the curative effect was evaluated and the results were analyzed according to SPSS22.0 statistical analysis results.Result:(1)The results of baseline analysis showed that there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the general situation of subjects and the baseline comparison of each evaluation index(P>0.05);(2)Number of oocytes retrieved, fertilization rate and high-quality embryo rate:There was no significant difference in the number of oocytes retrieved and fertilization rate between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05),and the rate of high-quality embryos in the control group(53%)was higher than that in the treatment group(34%),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)Serum hormones on the day of HCG injection: after treatment, serum LH,P and E2 in the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between the treatment group and thecontrol group(P>0.05);(4)SAS score: after treatment, the score of the treatment group(30.33 7.64)was lower than before treatment(33.80 7.19),the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);after treatment, the score of the control group(26.48 3.06)was lower than before treatment(33.71 5.15),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(5)SDS score: after treatment, the score of the treatment group(31.10 + 7.81)was lower than before treatment(34.53 + 9.36),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);after treatment, the score of the control group(28.39 + 4.79)was lower than before treatment(35.00 + 9.06),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(6)SAS improvement value: the improvement value of the treatment group(3.47+ 7.79)was lower than that of the control group(7.23 + 3.48),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(7)SDS improvement value: the improvement value of the treatment group(3.43+ 7.66)was lower than that of the control group(6.55 + 5.76),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture for 2 months improved the rate of excellent embryos in patients with ovarian low response IVF micro-stimulation program better than short-term acupuncture;2.Acupuncture can improve the anxiety and depression of patients with ovarian hyporesponsive IVF micro-stimulation program to varying degrees.
