The Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Yangchaogao On The Poor Ovarian Response To In-vitro Fertilization And Embryo Transfer

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Yangchaogao on the patients with poor ovarian response?POR?in in-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer?IVF-ET?.To evaluate the clinical significance of the application of the Yangchaogao in assisted reproductive technology.MethodThe 90 patients with POR diagnosis and inclusion criteria were enrolled in this study.Patients with IVF-ET were randomly divided into three groups.The Yangchaogao group were eaten two tablets twice a day.The zhuluan soup group was given a dose of soup two times a day.The use of the combined group is as before.The three groups were given the drug on the seventh day of the period and three menstrual cycles.Observe three groups of patients with basic endocrine hormone?FSH,LH,E₂?value,B ultrasonic examination results based sinus?based on average number of follicles,ovarian volume?,menstrual symptoms,take a number of eggs.A statistical analysis was performed using the comparison between groups.Results1.After treatment,compared with three groups of the curative effect of menstrual syndrome,the difference is statistically significant?P<0.05?.The efficiency of the Yangchaogao was46.67%.The efficiency of the zhuluan soup group was 60.00%.The combined group was effective at 80.00%.2.After treatment,the ratio of FSH and FSH/LH in the three groups were declined.The E2was elevated.Compared with before,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.3.After treatment,there was significant difference between the Yangchaogao group and the zhuluan soup group?P<0.05?.There was significant difference between the Yangchaogao group and the combined group in the endocrine examination results?P<0.05?.There was significant difference between the zhuluan soup group and the combined group in the endocrine examination results?P<0.05?.4.In Comparison of follicle number,there was significant difference between the Yangchaogao group and the zhuluan soup group?P<0.05?.There was significant difference between the Yangchaogao group and the combined group?P<0.05?.There was significant difference between the zhuluansoup group and he combined group?P<0.05?.ConclusionThe treatment of Yangchaogao in IVF-ET of POR is effective.It works better with the zhuluan soup.The mechanism for treatment may be related to regulating hormone levels in women.
