Objective:To study the relationship between sociodemographic factors, tumor biological characteristics, treatment and knowledge of fertility knowledge and fertility-related issues in young breast cancer patients aged 25 years and younger, and to explore the influencing factors affecting the prognosis of very young breast cancer patients. Methods: Retrospective analysis of the very young breast malignant tumors aged 25 years and younger diagnosed by the Breast Center of the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from December 2009 to January2019,A total of 57 patients were enrolled in the study, and 50 patients eventually met the inclusion criteria,of which 33 patients received chemotherapy.Follow-up time 2-108 months, median follow-up time 58.5months.Analyze factors related to attention to fertility-related issues, and use univariate and multivariate models to study the impact factors of fertility-related issues,Observing the prognosis of very young breast cancer patients and exploring the influencing factors affecting the prognosis of very young breast cancer patients.Statistical analysis using SPSS21.0 software, percentage of patients with clinical pathological features,Cox-logistic single factor and multivariate regression models were used to correlate attention to fertility-related issues,Survival analysis using the Kaplan-Meier method, multivariate analysis using Cox regression analysis.Statistically significant at(P<0.05).Results: Only 14(28%)patients indicated that they had a simple ditch-related problem with the competent doctor before treatment started.Whether fertility before treatment is an independent influencing factor of fertility-related problems(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the degree of education related to fertility during pregnancy, occupation, marriage, and treatment(P>0.05).The relationship between clinicopathological features and prognosis in very young breast cancer patients, single factor and multivariate analysis showed that the diagnosis delay time >3 months was an independent prognostic factor for patients with DFS(P<0.05).The shorter the diagnosis delay time, the better the prognosis.Diagnostic delay time >3months group vs.delayed diagnosis ≤3 months group DFS is shorter(OR:13.121,95% CI: 1.385-124.348,P<0.05).There was no significant effect of pathological type and CIA on the prognosis of patients(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.The competent doctor pays less attention to the fertility-related problems of very young breast cancer patients.2.Patients who did not give birth before treatment had the highest attention to fertility-related issues.3.Diagnostic delay time > 3 months will worsen the prognosis of very young breast cancer patients, and there is no significant effect on the prognosis of patients with amenorrhea after chemotherapy and after treatment.
