Breast cancer is the most common malignancy in premenopausal women,every year about 7% of patients who diagnosised with breast cancer is below the age of 40 in America,which threats the women’s health seriously.With the opening of two-child policy,more and more young women diagnosised with breast cancer have the requirements of bearing a baby even another.But they will have the doubts: whether fertility cause a poor pronosis? Whether treatments have bad effects on reproductive system and fetus? When is the best time to bear a child? Similarly,medical staff are also concerned about these questions which need relevant evidence to support.This review will introduce the progress of therapy and fertility-related issues of young women with breast cancer.
