Objective: To evaluate the incidence of sleep disorder(SD)and to analyze the characteristics of sleep disorders and related influencing factors in patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods: In the second hospital of Hebei Medical University neurology clinic and hospital between January 2016 and December 2018 were diagnosed with PD patients(diagnosis accord with 2016 Chinese Parkinson’s standard guidelines for diagnosis and motility disease),30 cases of line of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and love splashing voss sleepiness scale(ESS)to evaluate patients sleep quality, and wear cardiopulmonary coupling(CPC)monitor objective monitoring of patients with sleep, all data using the access database, using spss16.0 statistical software package for data analysis. Results:There was a sleep disorder of PD patients have 20 cases(66.67%),the major form of 20 cases of PD patients with sleep disorders for total sleep time to reduce(18 cases,60.00%),decreased sleep efficiency(14 cases,46.67%),entering the sleeping time increased(8 cases,26.67%),less time sleeping(16 cases,53.33%),awakening time increased(20 cases,66.67%),sleep apnea index increased(18 cases,60.00%).Among the 18 PD patients with increased sleep apnea index,16 of them were obstructive, and 2 of them were mixed and mainly obstructive. There was statistically significant difference in HAMA/HAMD,course of disease,h-y grade and gender between the group with sleep disorder and the group without sleep disorder in PD patients(P< 0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in age(P> 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between male patients with PD and female patients with PD among sleeping time, awakening time, sleep apnea index, sleeping time(P> 0.05),the male patients with PD and female patients with PD among shallow sleep,REM sleep time, sleep efficiency, total sleep time there was a statistically significant difference(P< 0.05).There was significant difference between h-y > 2.5 of PD patients and h-y 2.5 of PD patients among sleep onset time, wake time, sleep efficiency, total sleep time, sleep apnea index and sleep time, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).There was no significant difference between h-y > 2.5 and h-y 2.5 in light sleep time and REM sleep time of PD patients(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference in PSQI,ESS and MMSE score between the sleep disorder group and the sleep disorder group(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Parkinson’s disease(PD)patients have a high incidence of sleep disorders, which are mainly manifested by decreased total sleep time, increased waking time, and reduced sleeping time.Gender, the course of disease,h-y grade, and HAMA/HAMD are related influencing factors for the occurrence of sleep disorders. |
