| Objective:To study the incidence and clinical signs of sleep disorder(SD)in patients with Parkinson’s disease(Parkinson’s Disease,PD),and analyze the related factors. Methods:We collected 95 patients with Parkinson’s disease and 49 healthy controls who were treated in Jiangxi Provincial People’s Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022,and compared the probability of sleep disorders between the two group.PD patients were divided into two groups:SD group(PSQI≥7)and NSD group(PSQI<7),in order to better assess the general information between the two groups, motor symptoms, anxiety and depression, cognitive function, medication and so on.The influence of these factors on sleep disorders was analyzed, and the related factors with differences were included in the Logistic regression analysis.Results:1.The incidence of sleep disorder was 68.42%in PD patients and 22.45%in control group(X~2=27.412,P<0.05);PSG results showed that the quality of sleep in PD patients was decreased at night, which was manifested by the de crease of total sleep time and sleep efficiency.2.The Results showed that H-Y stage(z=-2.017,P=0.044),UPDRSⅢ(t=2.327,P=0.022),course of disease(t=2.557,P=0.013),HAMA(z=-3.396,(P=0.020)was significantly different between SD group and NSD group, and the H AMA score and the course of disease were positively correlated with sleep dis orders.3.Logistic Regression analysis showed that course of disease(OR=1.069,P=0.535,95%CI:0.865-1.322),H-Y stage(OR=1.364,P=0.557,95%CI:0.484-3.842),UPDRSⅢ(OR=1.024,P=0.476,95%CI:0.959-1.093),HAMA(OR=1.303,P=0.002,95%CI:1.101-1.541),LED(OR=1.001,P=0.537,95%CI:0.988-1.005).4.There were significant differences in NI phase,N3 percentage and PLM S index between RBD group and RBD group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the control group, the frequency of sleep disorders in PD patients was significantly higher, and the types of sleep disorders were various, two or more types could exist in the same patient. This study suggests that the occurrence of sleep disorders is related to the severity of motor symptoms, course of disease, anxiety state and levodopa equivalent dose, and the course of disease, anxiety and sleep disorders are positively correlated.Anxiety was an independent risk factor for sleep disorders. |
