As the most important personnel of public hospitals,high-level medical talents have strong innovation capability and team spirit.They put the excellent characteristics into the medical profession,transform their innovation ability into production factors,improve the level of medical service and finally improve the comprehensive competitiveness of hospitals.How to motivate high level medical talents effectively has a significant meaning for the research.Based on the two-factor incentive theory,we analysed the incentive policy of high-level medical talents in four Tertiary Hospitals of Quanzhou from the health factors and the incentive factors.Meanwhile,the satisfaction of existing incentive policies was also investigated.According to the result,we figured out the deficiencies of the current incentive policy of high-level medical personnel in the public hospitals of Quanzhou.The causes of the deficiencies were analysed by the Smith's policy model.Finally,by means of incentive methods,career planning and assessment,it will optimize the incentive policies of high-level medical talents in public hospitals of Quanzhou. |
