Objective: This research through the Tai Chi combined with rehabilitation training intervention(FAI)functional ankle instability,Tai Chi and rehabilitation training on the intervention effect of functional ankle instability, provide new functional ankle instability of rehabilitation method, functional ankle instability for Tai Chi combined with rehabilitation training intervention provide theoretical basis for the effect.Method: From March 20 to 2018,in Xi'an Institute of Physical Education, college students with functional ankle instability were enrolled in the study.A total of 48 subjects were randomly selected into the rehabilitation group.Tai Chi group, combination group and control group, each group of 12 people. The rehabilitation team used functional training interventions, including muscle strength training, balance and coordination training, functional training, etc.,intervention for a total of 10 weeks,3 times a week,60 minutes each time, including 10 minutes of warm-up before training,40 minutes of function Training and relaxation after 10 minutes of training;Tai Chi group gave Tai Chi training intervention for 10 weeks,3 times a week,60 minutes each time, including 10 minutes of warm-up before training,40 minutes of Tai Chi training and 10 minutes of training After the relaxation;combined group intervention program for Tai Chi training combined with functional training, the specific training content is the same as other groups,a total of 10 weeks,3 times a week,60 minutes each time, including 10 minutes of warm-up before training,20 minutes of Tai Chi Relax with training,20 minutes of functional training and 10 minutes of training. All subjects evaluated postural stability indicators before intervention and 10 weeks after intervention, including overall stability index(OSI),sagittal stability index(API),coronal stability index(MLI),and stability limit index(ODC),stability limit time(CTT);proprioceptive indicators, including joint position sense(JPS),muscle force sense(MFS);muscle strength indicators, including flexion peak torque(PPT),dorsiflexion peak torque(DPT),Total flexion(PTW),total dorsiflexion(DTW);AJFAT scale score.Result:(1)After 10 weeks of intervention, the OSI,API,MLI,CTT,ODC and other indicators in the rehabilitation group and the combined group were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention(P<0.01).(2)After intervention, the JPS and MFS indexes of the rehabilitation group and the combination group were significantly different from those before the intervention(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference between the Tai Chi group and the pre-intervention group(P<0.05).(3)After intervention, the PPT and PTW in the rehabilitation group, the Tai Chi group and the combination group were significantly different from those before the intervention(P<0.01).Compared with the pre-intervention,the DPT of the Tai Chigroup had a very significant difference(P<0.01),there was also a significant difference between the rehabilitation group and the combination group(P < 0.05).(4)The scores of AJFAT scales in the rehabilitation group,Tai Chi group and combination group were significantly increased(P<0.01).There was a significant difference between the rehabilitation group and the control group after intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Rehabilitation training or Tai Chi training with rehabilitation training can improve the posture stability and stability limit of FAI.Tai Chi training can improve the stability of sagittal posture. The stability limit ability of FAI without any intervention has a downward trend.(2)Rehabilitation training,Tai Chi training or rehabilitation training combined with Tai Chi training can improve the ankle joint position of FAI,but the ankle joint muscle strength is not significantly improved.(3)Rehabilitation training,Tai Chi training or rehabilitation training combined with Tai Chi training can improve the muscle strength, functional strength and dorsiflexion muscle strength of the flexor muscles of FAI.(4)Rehabilitation training,Tai Chi training or rehabilitation training combined with Tai Chi training can improve the subjective feelings of FAI,and the improvement of rehabilitation training is most obvious.
