Objective:Tinnitus is the perception of sound in the ear or deep in the head without external sound stimuli. Some surveys show that the incidence rate is roughly between 10% and 20%.With the development of various factors in society, the incidence rate is on the rise.At this stage,in addition to general basic treatment, the clinical otolaryngology advocates individualized treatment according to individual conditions, that is,comprehensively evaluates the patient's condition, and then develops a treatment plan that is most suitable for the actual situation of the patient.Tinnitus Retraining Therapy(TRT)is an effective method for the treatment of tinnitus. This article will systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of conventional therapy and medication for tinnitus. Methods:Computer search of China Knowledge Network,VIP database(VIP),Wanfang database,Pubmed,Cochrane Library,Sci Verse Science Direct, the search time limit is built until September 2018,incorporating randomized therapy and drug therapy for tinnitus In the control experiment, after two independent researchers conducted literature screening, data extraction and methodological quality evaluation,Meta analysis was performed using Stata15.1 software. Results:A total of 10 randomized controlled trials were included, with a total of 1071 patients, including 549 patients in the habit therapy group and 522 patients in the drug treatment group. The evaluation of the efficacy of tinnitus is mainly based on the total effective rate,THI,VAS and other indicators, and the evaluation time of the treatment varies from March to December. The results of meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate was 87.3% in the habit therapy group and 55.5% in the drug-treated group. The difference wasstatistically significant [OR=5.680,95% CI(2.630,12.268),P<0.05].A funnel plot analysis of the included studies showed that there was little possibility of publication bias and no significant bias. After treatment, the VAS value of the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment, and it was more obvious than the drug treatment. The difference was statistically significant [WSD=-0.876,95% CI(-1.351,-0.401),P<0.05].After treatment, the THI values of the treatment group and the drug treatment group were lower than those before treatment, but the difference was not statistically significant [WSD=-4.260,95% CI(-8.781,0.261),P>0.05].Conclusion:1.The habit therapy group is superior to the drug treatment group in the total effective rate of treating tinnitus.2.The habit therapy group was superior to the drug treatment group in reducing the intensity of tinnitus.3.There was no significant difference in the physical and psychological effects of tinnitus in the subcutaneous therapy group versus the drug treatment group.
