Objective: To explore the effects of chronic decompensated tinnitus and improve the degree of negative emotions associated with tinnitus by Tinnitus Retraining Therapy(TRT)and drug treatment on patients with chronic decompensated tinnitus,Improving retraining therapy can improve awareness of the quality of life of tinnitus patients. Methods: This study applied a randomized controlled study design1.Using sampling method and following the inclusion and exclusion criteria,98 patients with chronic decompensated tinnitus who attended our outpatient clinic during the period of 2019.01-2019.03 were taken as the research objects,32 in the experimental group and 33 in the control group.Assist patients to fill in Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI),Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7),Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9).2.Experimental group: retraining therapy;control group ?: drug therapy;control group ?: drug therapy + retraining therapy.3.All patients were evaluated for Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI),Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7),Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)for 1 month,6months,and 1 year after treatment.4.Use Excel software to collect all completed data before and after patient intervention, use IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for analysis, quantitative data is expressed by x ± s,analysis of variance with repeated measurements is used,non-parametric rank sum test is used for rank data,chi-square test is used for efficiency, standard level a =0.05.result:1.A total of 98 patients were enrolled in this study,2 patients were lost to follow-up,and the remaining 96 patients. Both the experimental group and the control group were 32 patients.2.There were no statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the age, gender, side, time of onset, and previous history before treatment(p> 0.05).3.The total THI scores of the experimental group, the control group ? and the control group ? before treatment were: 52.81 ± 12.63 points,55.37 ± 13.52 points,55.94 ± 13.53 points. The differences between the three groups were not statistically significant(p> 0.05).The total score of the PHQ-9 was 8.94 ± 3.46,9.78 ± 3.61,9.44 ±3.55,and the total score of the GAD-7 was 9.09 ± 3.61,8.78 ± 3.17,and 9.29 ± 3.43.The scores of and PHQ-9 and GAD-7 of the three groups were not statistically different(p> 0.05).4.After 1 month,6 months, and 12 months after treatment, the effective rates in the experimental group were 5%,25%,and 76%,respectively;in the control group I was 4%,7%,and 10%,and in the control group 6%,24%,78%,the effective rate of the experimental group and the control group ? was significantly higher than that of the control group ?,the difference was significant(p <0.01).ThePHQ-9 and the GAD-7 of the experimental group and the control group ? showed a significant decrease and statistical significance, while the control group ? showed a small decrease and no statistical significance. Conclusion: The Tinnitus retraining therapy for chronic decompensated tinnitus patients can alleviate the discomfort and negative emotions caused by tinnitus and improve the quality of life of patients.
