Objective:The questionnaire on knowledge,attitude and practice of patients with allergic rhinitis was compiled to explore the factors affecting the quality of life of patients with allergic rhinitis,and health education on knowledge,attitude and practice of patients was given to improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:1.Prepare the questionnaire Based on the mode of knowledge-attitude-practice theory,the entry pool was initially formed after extensive consulting of relevant domestic and foreign literatures,diagnostic and treatment guidelines,consulting of relevant experts in clinical,nursing and statistics.After two rounds of expert consultation,the entry pool was screened.A preliminary survey was conducted on 20patients,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire items were tested through the preliminary survey and the expert consultation results.The final version of the questionnaire on knowledge,attitude and practice of patients with allergic rhinitis was formed after modification and improvement2.The current investigation The convenience sampling method was applied to 130patients with allergic rhinitis who were admitted to the allergy room of the department of otolaryngology,head and neck surgery of the first hospital of shanxi medical university and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the questionnaire for knowledge, confidence and practice of allergic rhinitis and the questionnaire for quality of life of nasal conjunctivitis were issued to compare the scores of knowledge,confidence, practice and quality of life of the two groups of patients.3.Health interventions Health education was conducted for patients with allergic rhinitis in terms of knowledge,attitude and practice.Three months later,questionnaires on knowledge,attitude and practice for patients with allergic rhinitis and questionnaire on quality of life for nasal conjunctivitis were issued again to analyze the quality of life of patients.4.Statistical analysis SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.T test was used for measurement data,and X~2 test was used for counting data.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.Questionnaire preparation and evaluation:After two rounds of expert consultation an initial questionnaire with 26 items was prepared and evaluated.The results of the preliminary survey were analyzed.Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.861,retest reliability was 0.902,and content validity was 0.913.2.Analysis of the results before and after intervention:(1)There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,education,marital status,occupation,etc.(P>0.05).(2)Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in knowledge, attitude and practice level and total scores between the two groups,and in scores and total scores of all dimensions of quality of life(P>0.05).(3)After the intervention,the observation group had statistically significant differences in knowledge,attitude and practice level and total scores,as well as scores and total scores of all dimensions of quality of life(P<0.05).(4)After the intervention,self-comparison between the two groups showed that there were statistically significant differences in knowledge,attitude and practice level and total scores,as well as scores and total scores of all dimensions of quality of life(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education can improve the level of knowledge,action and quality of life of patients with allergic rhinitis.
