Objective:1.To investigated the postoperative patients with ovarian cancer on the disease knowledge,attitude,practice(KAP),and the present situation of the quality of life and the level of hope.2.To explore the effect of KAP model of health education about knowledge,attitude,practice and the quality of life and the level of hope of postoperative patients with ovarian cancer.Method:1.This study adopted the self-designed Knowledge,Attitude,Practice questionnaire of postoperative patients with ovarian cancer and investigated 110 patients with ovarian cancer in the drum tower hospital of gynecology.(Because some patients to quit.Finally,108 patients of them were studied.)So as to investigate the status and influencing factors of KAP in these patients;The EORTC QLQ-C30 Quality of Life Scale was used to evaluate the quality of life of the patient.The patient's level of hope was evaluated with the herth hope index(HHI).2.Using random number table method,according to a simple random method is divided into control group and test group.In the control group,53 patients(routine nursing group):We use routine health education and care during hospitalization for patients.Including hospital guidance,medication guidance.condition observation,notification of patient and family disease treatment,care and rehabilitation knowledge,routine outpatient follow-up and review.In the test group,55 patients(KAP Health Education Group mode):We are practicing routine care for patients and taking the KAB model health education.3 months later after the do the RFCA operation,test the knowledge,attitude,behavior,quality of life and level of hope in two groups.Statistics and analyses the parameters.Results:1.KAP levels in postoperative patients with ovarian cancer:KAP model education improve the knowledge,attitude and practice in the postoperative patients with ovarian cancer compared to the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.01).2.Quality of life in postoperative patients with ovarian cancer:KAP model education improve the quality of life in the postoperative patients with ovarian cancer.It compared to the control group that the score difference in which somatic function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function,social function,general health status,fatigue,lose sleep and lose one'sappetite was significant(P<0.05).3.KAP levels in postoperative patients with ovarian cancer:KAP model enhance the level of hope in the postoperative patients with ovarian cancer compared to the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:1.Ovarian cancer after surgery patients with knowledge,beliefs,behavior,quality of life and the overall level of hope is low.2.KAB model education can improve knowledge,attitude,behavior and quality of life in postoperative patients with ovarian carcinoma.It set up to fight the cancer of faith and attitude,so as to establish a positive and healthy way of life.But also to enhance the quality of life of patients and the level of hope.It is worth in the gynecological care work to promote and apply.3.This study only in a hospital.Actual situation is different in each region,so the results of the study has limitations and needs further extension.
