Objective To investigate the expression of Her-2 and Ki67 in invasive breast cancer of different types and their clinicopathological significance Methods The patients with invasive breast cancer diagnosed and treated in our department were retrospectively analyzed.According to molecular typing,they were divided into Luminal A,Luminal B,Luminal B like,Her-2 overexpression and basal cell type.25 cases were randomly selected from each type.The data of age,primary tumor size,histological grade,axillary lymph node metastasis,ER/PR expression,Ki67 detection and Her-2 detection were collected.The differences of Ki67 expression in differentmolecular subtypes of invasive breast cancer were analyzed.The relationship between the expression of HER2 and Ki67 and Clinicopathology was analyzed.The correlation between the expression of HER2 and Ki67 in various invasive breast cancer was analyzed.Results The highest expression rate of Ki67 was found in Luminal B-like group,followed by Luminal B-like group and HER-2 overexpression group,followed by basal cell-like group.The lowest expression was found in Luminal A group.Ki67 expression was significantly different in invasive breast cancer of different types(P < 0.05).In invasive breast cancer,the high expression rate of Ki67 was statistically significant(P < 0.05)among different age,ER/PR positive or not,different histological grading groups,and there was no significant difference in the high expression rate of Ki67 among patients with or without lymph node metastasis and different tumor diameter(P > 0.05).The positive expression rate of HER2 was significantly different between groups with or without lymph node metastasis and different histological grades(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between groups with different age and tumor size and ER/PR positive or not,(P > 0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between HER2 and Ki67 expression in various subtypes of invasive breast cancer(P < 0.05).Conclusion This study confirms the correlation between Ki67 and HER2 and its association with basic clinicopathological features in different types of invasive breast cancer.1.Ki67 was the lowest in Luminal A group and the highest in Luminal B group.2.Ki67 was associated with younger age,higher histological grade and higher expression of ER/PR-negative invasive breast cancer.3.HER2 has a high positive rate in high histological grade,axillary lymph nodemetastasis invasive breast cancer.4.The higher positive rate of HER2,the higher expression rate of Ki67 in invasive breast cancer patients.
