Analysis Of The Expression And General Characteristics Of Ki67 In Patients With Breast Cancer After NAC

Objective: We can evaluate whether Ki67 can be used as an evaluation index of NAC efficacy in breast cancer patients by comparing the expression changes of Ki67 before and after NAC.Finding the relationship between different age groups,molecular typing,histological grading,ER,PR and Her-2 expression status and the Ki67 after NAC.Methods: I collected 66 patients,age 14-70,that were diagnosed as the breast cancer by the means of coarse needle biopsy in the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from October 2014 to May 2017.The expression of Ki67 was detected in all patients before and after the surgery.Combined with high risk factors,tumor classification,immunohistochemical results,and so on.Analysis by statistical software: the general clinical features of the NAC anterior coarse needle puncture specimens and the postoperative specimens and the various immunohistochemical indexes,and the correlation between the changes of Ki67 expression and the efficacy of NAC was recorded.Results: 1.The changes of Ki67 expression were significantly affected by NAC in different age groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Different histological grades could significantly affect the expression of Ki67 before NAC(P<0.05),and could significantly affect the expression of Ki67 after NAC(P<0.05).3.The expression of different molecular typing and NAC pre Ki67 was statistically significant(P<0.05),but it did not significantly affect the expression of Ki67 after NAC(P>0.05).4.The expression of ER and PR and the expression of Ki67 after NAC were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The expression of Ki67 after NAC had no statistical significance with the patients' menopause,the size of the primary focus,and the expression of Her-2(P>0.05).6.The expression of NAC before Ki67 was analyzed in many aspects,such as age,menopause,primary size,and so on.The difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).Conclusion:1.The expression of Ki67 after NAC have related with age,histological grade,ER and PR.The younger group was more sensitive to NAC than the old group;histological grade for grade II and III were more sensitive than grade I;ER,PR negative breast cancer patients were more sensitive than the ER and PR positive ones.And the menopause,patients status,primary tumor size and the expression of Her-2 have no correlation.2.The expression of ki67 before NAC was associated with different molecular types and histological grade,and was not related to the age,menopausal status,mass size,ER,PR,Her-2 expression status.
