Clinical Observation Of Xinglou Chengqi Decoction On Patients Of Ischemic Stroke With Type Of Tanre Fushi

Objective: On the basis of routine treatment of Western medicine,Xinglou Chengqi Decoction was used to observe the scores of Tanre Fushi syndrome and the indexes of nervous system function deficiency in patients with Tanre Fushi type ischemic stroke before and after treatment,and to study the improvement of pulmonary infection,abdominal distension,constipation and nervous function in patients with Tanre Fushi type ischemic stroke.Methods: A total of 100 patients with ischemic stroke of Tanre Fushi type were selected according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria from November 1,2017 to November 1,2018 in the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University.The subjects were randomly divided into treatment group(n=50)and control group(n=50).Patients in both groups were given conventional western medicine treatment(oxygen intake,keeping the respiratory tract unobstructed,cardiac monitoring and treatment of cardiac lesions,control of body temperature and blood pressure,regulation of blood glucose,improvement of cerebral blood circulation,statin and neuroprotection,prevention and treatment of acute phase complications and other conditions,early rehabilitation,etc.)for 14 days.The treatment group took Huatan Tongluo,unblocked viscera-qi as the principle of treatment,and on the basis of routine western medicine,Xinglou Chengqi Decoction was added one dose a day for 14 days.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results: There was no significant difference in age,sex and onset time between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).On two groups of patients before and after treatment in the United States national institutes of health stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,daily life activities ability BartheI(BI)score,daily life activity of the modified Rankin Scale(MRS)score,Glasgow Coma Scale(Glasgow Coma Scale,GCS),stroke disease diagnosis and curative effect of standard score,Tanre Fushi syndrome score,compared two groups of data before treatment,there was no significant difference,comparable.Compared with the data of the two groups after treatment,the NIHSS score,BI score,MRS score,the standard score for the diagnosisand efficacy of stroke and Tanre Fushi syndrome score in the treatment group were all better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1.Conventional treatment of western medicine combined with Xinglou Chengqi Decoction can reduce the NIHSS and MRS scores of patients with Tanre Fushi type ischemic stroke,improve the GCS score and BI score,improve the GCS score and BartheI Index index(BI)score of activities of daily living,improve the standard score of diagnosis and treatment of stroke,Tanre Fushi syndrome(P<0.05).2.To treat the patients with Tanre Fushi type of ischemic stroke,Xinglou Chengqi was given.Through resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals and unblocking viscera-qi,the patients' conscious state was improved,the limb function was restored,the activities of daily living were improved,the language function of patients was restored,and the damaged nerve function was restored to normal.
