Clinical Study Of Qinghua Chengqi Decoction In The Treatment Of AECOPD(Tanre Fushi Syndrome)

Objective: Based on the research of Qinghua Chengqi Decoction on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease clinical study of period(AECOPD)of Tanre Fushi syndrome and objective evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of Qinghua Chengqi Decoction in the treatment of patients who with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of Tanre Fushi syndrome.To provide the corresponding clinical data for treating both lung and intestine AECOPD.Method: According to the inclusion criteria,60 cases were divided into two groups,30 cases in the control group were treated by standard therapy of Western Medicine,30 cases in the control group were treated by plus Qinghua Chengqi Decoction.Clinical observation for 9 days,With SPSS21 as statistical software,by comparing the two groups of patients before and after the treatment of related signs and symptom scores and other data to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups.Results: The majority of cases were men aged 65-75.After treatment,two groups of signs and symptoms scores were significantly improved,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,the total effective rate of control group was 86.7%,between the two groups in the main symptoms of cough,expectoration,difficulty breathing,abdominal distension,constipation and other,auscultation rales,lung function(FEV1/FVC,FEV1%),efficient and effective required days had statistical difference.Conclusion: For the treatment of AECOPD of Tanre Fushi syndrome,the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group,The patients with cough,expectoration,shortness of breath,abdominal distension,constipation and other symptoms are more obvious improvement in treatment group,and improve the quality of the life of patients with AECOPD of Tanre Fushi syndrome,indicating to the lung and the large intestine phase inside and outside theory as the guidance of treating both lung and intestine method can be applied to AECOPD of Tanre Fushi syndrome,with clinical significance and social benefits,it is worth studying further.
