Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Xinglou Chengqi decoction in treating acute cerebral infarction of phlegm-heat constipation type based on the brain-gut axis theory, and explore the feasibility of modified Xinglou Chengqi decoction in treating acute cerebral infarction(phlegm-heat constipation type).Provide theoretical basis for clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with phlegm-heat constipation type. Methods:A total of 60 cases were included and randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group only received conventional therapy, and the treatment group added modified Xinglou Chengqi decoction on the basis of the same conventional therapy. On the 1st and 14 th day, both two groups recorded the NIHSS score,Barthel index,TCM syndrome score, neuropeptide Y(NPY),calcitonin generelated peptide(CGRP)and liver and kidney function, and made statistical analysis,so as to observe the clinical efficacy of evaluate Xinglou Chengqi decoction in treating acute cerebral infarction with phlegm-heat constipation type. Results: 1.The NIHSS score of both groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of NIHSS score was93.33% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.The Barthel index in the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement degree of Barthel index in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome score was 90% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group. The TCM syndrome score of both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.Compared with the laboratory efficacy indexes of the two groups, the levels of NPY and CGRP decreased after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the treatment group improved more obviously than the control group(P<0.05).5.Safety analysis showed that there were no serious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion: Modified Xinglou Chengqi Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute cerebral infarction of phlegm-heat constipation type, and can promote the recovery of NPY and CGRP levels in patients with good safety. |
