The Clinical Study Of Knee Osteoarthritis With Effusion Treated By Modified Simiao Powder Combined With Sodium Hyaluronate

Objective:By comparing the efficacy of the modified simiao powdercombined with sodium hyaluronate and using sodium hyaluronate only intreating knee osteoarthritis with effusion， to verify the efficacy of thetreatment group advantage.Methods: Qingdao Hiser Medical Group Orthopedics as a base，randomlydivide the76cases of patients who have knee osteoarthritis with effusionand conform to the criteria for the diagnosis into treatment group andcontrol group，each group with38cases， between November2012and August2013.The treatment group（n=38）treated with Jia wei Si Miao San combinedwith sodium hyaluronate and the control group（n=38）treated with sodiumhyaluronate only. The two groups are observed and recorded the kneeperimeter，the Walther classification of knee effusion and VAS score andKnee rom values，then all patients are observed the clinical curativeeffect.To statistic and analysis relevant data with SPSS17.0statisticalpackages.Results: Compare the efficacy of the treatment group and the controlgroup，by Mann-Whitney Test: P＜0.05，the effect of treatment group issuperior than the control group.Compared with Walther classification of kneeeffusion and VAS score and Knee rom value， Group comparison: By T-test，the effect of the two groups is obviously（P＜0.01），with statistical significance;After the treatment，compare with the two groups，the variationof VAS score is no statistically significant(P＝0.542＞0.05).The Waltherclassification of knee effusion and Knee rom value is with statisticalsignificance(P＜0.01)，the effect of treatment group is superior to thecontrol group.Conclusions:The application of Jia Wei Si Miao San combined with sodiumhyaluronate was valuable. The indices were improved on the clinical symptomsand improve joint function， The treatment was significantly better thanthe control group.The treatment group and the control group weresignificantly effect the treatment of knee pain. At the same ime， the twogroups’ treatment was both security.
