Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combined With Intravitreous Injection In The Treatment Of Hemorrhagic Cystic Macular Edema

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of jiawei xuefuzyuyu decoction combined with intravitreous injection in the treatment of hemorrhagic cystic macular edema,evaluate its effectiveness and safety,and provide ideas for the treatment of hemorrhagic cystic macular edema.Method: Using randomized clinical studies,58 patients(76 eyes)diagnosed with hemorrhagic cystic macular edema by OCT and FFA were randomly divided into treatment group and observation group.28 cases(38eyes)in the treatment group and 30 cases(38 eyes)in the observation group,The observation group was treated by intravitreal injection of conbercept,the treatment group was treated with conbercept intravitreal injection combined with xuefuzhuyu decoction.After 3 months of treatment,the iop,BCVA,CMT,fundus leakage and Amsler table of the two groups at1,2 and 3 months before and after treatment were observed.Result: There were significant differences in BCVA and CMT between the two groups at 1 month,2 months and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05),the results indicated that both treatments could improve the BCVA,reduce the edema and reduce the thickness of macular fovea.After 3 months of treatment,the difference of BCVA changes between the treatment group and the observation group at each time point after treatment and before treatment showed that the overall visual acuity of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the CMT change of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The extent and severity of cystoid edema in macular area improved significantly.Conclusion: Jiawei xuefu zhuyu decoction combined with intravitreous injection for the treatment of hemorrhagic cystoid macular edema has achieved good efficacy.It can significantly reduce the cystic macular edema and improve the visual acuity of the patients.Compared with the simple western medicine treatment,the curative effect of the combination of Chinese and western medicine is more stable and lasting,without serious adverse reactions of the eyes and the whole body.
