Objective:To explore the clinical experience of the tutor in treating exogenous fever, and to learn and summarize the experience of the tutor in treating exogenous fever,so as to improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment, and to provide reference for clinical treatment of the disease. Methods:Collect and collate the literature about exogenous fever and exogenous fever cases that meet the diagnostic criteria.Use SPSS 22 application software to input the data of exogenous cough cases collected.Statistically analyze the frequency of TCM syndromes, the correlation between onset season and syndromes, and the frequency of drug use,the correlation analysis of TCM syndromes and fever degree. The causes, pathogenesis, common syndromes, clinical characteristics, treatment and prescriptions of exogenous fever were analyzed and summarized based on the clinical experience of the tutor.Results:1.The main syndromes of exogenous fever are wind-cold bundle syndrome(28.7%);wind-cold stagnation-heat syndrome(10.7%);wind-cold with dampness syndrome(23.0%);cold-dampness stagnation-heat syndrome(6.6%);wind-heat external attack syndrome(10.7%);wind-heat dampness syndrome(4.9%);evil entering the the gall bladder and SAN JIAO syndrome(13.9%);Ying-wei Disharmony Syndrome(1.6%).Among them,wind-cold bundle syndrome is the most common.2.TCM syndromes of exogenous fever have certain correlation with seasons,wind-cold bundle syndrome can appear in four seasons, most common in winter;wind-cold stagnation-heat syndrome occurs in summer and winter;wind-cold with dampness syndrome syndrome occurs in summer and winter;cold-dampness stagnation-heat syndrome occurs in summer;wind-heat external attack syndrome occurs more in summer;wind-heat dampness syndrome occurs more in summer;evil entering the the gall bladder and SAN JIAO syndrome occurs in four seasons, and is the most common in spring. There is no obvious correlation between Disharmony Syndrome and season.3.In the analysis of frequency of high frequency drugs for exogenous fever,it was concluded that high frequency drugs for exogenous fever were mainly warm acrid exterior-resolving medicinal, followed by cough-relieving drugs, drying dampness and phlegm-resolving drugs and heat-clearing drugs.4.By comparing the percentage of different temperature gradients of each syndrome type,it is concluded that the body temperature of most patients with wind-cold bundle syndrome,wind-cold stagnation-heat syndrome,cold-dampness stagnation-heat syndrome,wind-heat attack syndrome,wind-heat dampness-clamping syndrome and Ying-wei Disharmony Syndrome is in the gradient of 37.1-38 degrees C;the body temperature of most patients with wind-cold dampness syndrome is in the gradient of 38.1-39 degrees C;and the temperature of evil entering the the gall bladder and SAN JIAO syndrome is mainly in the gradient of 37.1-38 degrees C,There was no significant difference between the two gradients.Conclusions:1.The most common cause of exogenous fever is wind-cold.The exogenous fever caused by wind-cold and dampness is more common, and the fever degree of wind-cold and dampness syndrome is higher than other syndromes.2.TCM syndromes of exogenous fever are correlated with the onset season,of which the cases of exogenous fever are the most in summer and winter. The drugs for exogenous fever are mainly warm acrid exterior-resolving medicinal, followed by cough-relieving drugs,Dampness-drying phlegm-resolving and heat-clearing drugs.3.Differentiation of symptoms and signs is characterized by differentiation of cold and heat, nature of disease and pathogen, combination of constitution, differentiation of main symptoms and concurrent symptoms.4.Therapeutic principles of exogenous fever are mainly divergence and outthrust evils5.Eight common syndromes of exogenous fever and their common prescriptions were summarized.
