Clinical Efifcacy Of The Clear Drop Cream Adjuvant Treatment Of Exogenous Fever In Children (Wind-heat Guilty Of Phenotype)

Purpose: The clear-down topical ointment (CDTO)was used to assist Chinese medicinein this study, to observe the clinical effect and safety on the exogenous fever in children(EFIC)(wind-heat guilty phenotype), thus to provide more effective treatments.Methods: A randomized controlled, outpatient treatment of60cases of children withexogenous fever wind and heat guilty of phenotype in children with clinical observation.Treatment groups: oral CDTO addition and subtraction with the clear and descending Chinesemedicine cream applicator, stick8-12hours once, and once per day. Clear down the pastecomposition of Evodia, mountain gardenia, gypsum, etc…Control group: treated with oralCDTO addition and subtraction: Recipe composition (honeysuckle, forsythia, mint, Nepeta,tempeh, Platycodon, Arctium, Bupleurum, Anemarrhena, licorice, reed, etc.), three days atreatment, the general observation of the1~2courses.Results:1. Treatment of children with exogenous fever treatment group total effectiverate was96.67%, and the total effective rate of control group was86.67%. The clinicalefficacy compared to the significant difference (P <0.05). Confirmed the efficacy of thetreatment group has a significant advantage.2. The two groups after drug treatment, the treatment data by statistical analysis (P<0.01), two groups with significant difference between treatment group treatment than thecontrol group was significantly shorter.3. This trial was not found in children with heart, liver, renal and other systems ofadverse reaction.Conclusion:The applied of CDTO had exact effects on EFIC, in the cooling time, themain symptoms and significant improvement in clinical symptoms and signs, rapid onset,fever continued and difficultrepeatedly to shorten the course of treatment, non-toxic sideeffects.
