Study On Syndrome Differentiation Shaoyin Surface Syndrome

Objective:By searching ancient and modern literature,the Shaoyin superficial syndrome was systematically sorted out and classified according to the direct cause of "wind,cold,heat,dampness,dryness and fire",and each syndrome was clearly identified,thus a preliminary treatment framework of Shaoyin superficial syndrome was obtained.In order to improve the research of TCM in the aspect of "superficial syndrome",pave the way for perfecting the theoretical basis of TCM.Method:step 1:Consult some ancient and modern doctors' expositions on "Shaoyin Form Syndrome",collect all the contents of "Shaoyin Meridian","Form Syndrome" and "Shaoyin Form" in classical and modern documents such as "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and "Differentiation of Febrile Diseases",and conduct the first round of screening.Step 2:Check the relevant specialized literature(such as orthopaedics,otology,ophthalmology,etc.)of Shaoyin collaterals,subordinates and departments,and screen them according to the key points of syndrome differentiation of Shaoyin disease.Step 3: Classify all the screened items according to their direct causes.Step 4: Analyse the etiology,location and pathogenesis of the disease one by one according to the basis of syndrome differentiation,anddistinguish the etiology and location of the disease.And again screening content,go rough and save essence.Step 5: Comprehensive analysis and collation of the pathogenesis,main symptoms,etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,treatment,prescription selection,medication,usage,prognosis and nursing of Shaoyin meridian syndrome,with typical medical records.Results:(1)Shaoyin syndrome,as a common clinical syndrome type,has certain diagnostic value,and its existence can be verified by theoretical research and clinical practice.(2)The surface of six prostitutions invading Shaoyin can form their own symptoms,which have their own characteristics in clinical manifestation,treatment and transmission law.Shaoyin superficial syndrome of cold evil,heat evil and wind evil are mostly mixed into each other,and simple dryness evil infringes Shaoyin superficial surface is rare,but in the case of Yin deficiency,dryness evil can infringe Shaoyin superficial surface,fire evil infringes Shaoyin superficial surface is rare,only in "Diphtheria Tie Dialectics" to find the relevant discussion,the current literature on this kind of insufficient research.Conclusion:(1)The main prescriptions of Shaoyin superficial wind syndrome are Jingfangbaidu powder and Sishengsan powder.(2)The main prescriptions of Shaoyin superficial cold syndrome are Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction and Mahuang Fuzi Gancao Decoction.(3)The main prescriptions of Shaoyin superficial heat syndrome are Qingwen Baidu Decoction plus gypsum,Yuanshen,Huangbai,Yinqiao dispersed Douchi Jiashengdi,Danpi,Daqingye and Baiyuan Shenfang.(4)The main prescription of Shaoyin superficial dampness syndrome is Shenzhu Decoction.(5)The main prescription of Shao yin meridians and dryness heat withYin deficiency is pig skin soup.(6)The main prescriptions of Shaoyin meridian superficial fire syndrome are to add or subtract Shengong to ward off evil spirits and Zhubai Shuangqing powder.
