The Study Of Shaoyin Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment Of Chronic Nephritis

Under the carefully guidance of professor Ma Jipei, the paper researches academic thoughts and clinical experience of Zhang zhongjing from shaoyin disease to treat chronic nephritis.Starting from shaoyin disease chapter of the treatise on febrile disease, the etiology and pathogenesis and treatment of chronic nephritis has been deeply explored.In part one of this paper, from the Angle of traditional Chinese medicine,the disease name,the etiology and pathogenesis and the present situation of treatment of chronic nephritis are reviewed. In the second part of this paper, the relationships of the theory of shaoyin disease chapter and chronic nephritis have been introduced and the scientificity of the treatments of chronic nephritis under the guidance of the theory of shaoyin disease.The shaoyin theory has important instruction in clarifying the cause and pathogenesis,guiding the treatments and predicting the end of chronic nephritis.The third part of this paper introduces clinical cases of professor Ma Jipei using the theory of shaoyin disease to treat chronic nephritis and summaries his academic thoughts.Objective:To discuss the relationships of the theory of shaoyin disease chapter and chronic nephritis,summarying of theory and clinical research of application of shaoyin syndrome differentiation so that the shaoyin syndrome theory more systematic for the treatment of chronic nephritis and combining each other to better guide clinical practice and broaden our horizon of the treatment of chronic nephritis.Methods:1. On the basis of researching the original book and through the literature research and academic exchanges, collecting various physicians using shaoyin disease theory to make a diagnosis and give treatment of chronic nephritis.Combining with modern medical research progress and the case of the prescription of ZhongJing for the treatment of chronic nephritis,Systematically to sort out syndrome differentiation and treatment system of shaoyin syndrome differentiation used in chronic nephritis.2. Following teacher Ma Jipei,Zhu Dongyun and Gao Jun to learn to use Shaoyin syndrome differentiation theory system in clinical cases and experience academic thoughts of Zhang Zhongjing.Results:Shaoyin syndrome differentiation theory system of Zhang Zhongjing has great guiding significance in syndrome differentiation treatment of chronic nephritis,which pointing out that the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic nephritis can be divided into healthy energy deficiency and evil excess,so the main treatment methods should be warming kidney yang and nourishing essential fluid and perging fire.This theory also provides guidance of the syndrome differentiation and treatments of proteinuria, hematuria and edema.Proteinuria has methods of soliding kidney, invigorating the circulation, clearing damp and dredging renal collaterals. Hematuria has methods of nourishing kidney yin and puring heart fire. Edema has methods of clearing heat and nourishing yin, reinforcing yang to relieve exterior syndrome, reinforcing yang to relieve cold and benifiting kidney to warm yang.Besides,the qi of yang should be specially noticed in the treatments of chronic nephritis.Outlook:To treat chronic nephritis from the shaoyin disease theory,different treatments can be used according to different clinical manifestations and obviously improved in proteinuria, hematuria and edema.This provides new thoughts and methods of chronic nephritis of traditional Chinese medicine treatments.However,the classical prescriptions it listed are quite limited, so using shaoyin syndrome differentiation in chronic nephritis should not limited to the original party.On the basis of master pathogenesis essence can be flexible to use.
