Objective : In this study,we observed the clinical efficacy of the treatment of cervicogenic headache by comparing the crochet needle and the needle, and discussed the advantages of knife crochet in the treatment of cervicogenic headache.Provide a new idea and method for the treatment of cervicogenic headache. Methods : Patients with cervicogenic headaches from the acupuncture and moxibustion clinics and inpatient departments that meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a knife crochet hook treatment group and a needle acupuncture control group.Among them, the control group selected the Fengchi(afflicted side),Tianzhu(involved side),cervical Jiaji(both sides),Ashi points, and dialectical addition and subtraction.Acupuncture was performed using a 0.35 × 40 mm needle, and manual adjustment was performed according to the principle of deficiencies. After the operation was completed, the needle was removed after 30 minutes.Treatment once a day,10 times for a course of treatment. The treatment group was given a knife crocheting at the above acupuncture points to release the solution, releasing it once every 5 days, and 2 times for a course of treatment. The VAS scores,ROM scores, and headache scores were statistically observed before and after the treatment of the above two groups. The results of this study were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software. Results : After two courses of treatment observation, statistical analysis was performed on the age, gender, course of disease,VAS score,ROM score, and headache score before treatment in the two groups. The results showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Both were comparable. The above data were statistically compared before and after treatment in both groups of patients. The analysis showed significant(P<0.05),indicating that both acupuncture methods have a certain effect in the treatment of cervicogenic headache. After comparing the above data of the two groups of patients, the results showed that P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the knife crochet group was superior to the treatment group. In this experiment,a total of 70 patients were statistically observed,of which 35 patients were treated,of which 6 were cured,13 were markedly effective,14 were effective,2 were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 94.29.%.In the control group, there were 35 patients,of whom 3 were cured,4 were markedly effective,24 were effective, and 4 were ineffective,so the totaleffective rate was 88.57%.The comparison between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant.<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were seen during the treatment of the two groups of patients. Conclusion : The research shows that the knife crocheting and the treatment of cervicogenic headache all have the improvement effect, but the curative effect of the knife crochet needle in the treatment of cervicogenic headache is obviously better than the needle acupuncture, which is worthy of clinical application.
