Clinical Research On Busheniaojing Recipe In Treating Kidney Deficiency Type Of Ovarian Reserve Function Decrease

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushentiaojing recipe in treating the decline of ovary reserve function of kidney deficiency type,to explore the mechanism of Bushentiaojing Recipe,and provide a scientific basis for its clinical application.Methods: A total of 60 patients were enrolled in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2016 to October 2017 and were randomly divided into two groups(the treatment group and the control group,n=30).The treatment group were given Bushentiaojing Recipe;the control group were given estradiol valerate tablets / estradiol cyproterone tablets.The clinical improvement of TCM symptoms,menstrual 2-4 days of sex hormones,serum anti-Mullerian hormone levels and antral follicle development of all patients were measured before and after the treatment.Results:(1)After the treatment,both groups had higher total score of TCM syndrome than that before the treatment(P = 0.000).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).(2)After the treatment,both groups had better outcomes in terms of menstrual period,quantity,color,quality,dizziness,tinnitus,and so on(P<0.05).there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the total score of the main symptoms and the main symptoms(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups in improving the total score of sub-disease,dizziness and tinnitus,loss of libido and insomnia(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the improvement of hot flashes,night sweats and anxiety and depression(P>0.05).(3)After the treatment,both groups had better outcomes in terms of serum level of FSH,LH,E2 and FSH / LH(P<0.05).while no difference was shown in terms of FSH,LH,E2 and FSH / LH(P>0.05).(4)After the treatment,both groups had better outcomes in terms of the development of sinus follicles in the third day of menstruation: the number of follicles increased in both groups(P<0.05).significant difference were also shown between the two groups,regarding to the above terms(P <0.05)(5)No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group.3 cases of breast pain and nausea occurred in the control group.Conclusions:(1)Bushentiaojing Recipe and estradiol valerate tablets / estradiol cyproterone tablets can both improve the ovarian reserve function decline(kidney deficiency Type)patients with TCM symptoms,and they were equally effective.(2)Bushen Tiaojing decoction can obviously improve the symptoms except infertility in patients with decreased ovarian reserve function.The Bushentiaojing Recipe treatment was more effective than estradiol valerate tablets / estradiol cyproterone in improving patients' dizziness and tinnitus,loss of libido,Insomnia and looking dull symptoms.(3)Bushentiaojing Recipe and estradiol valerate tablets / estradiol cyproterone tablets can both improve the serum markers of patients,The curative effect of the two groups is equal in increasing the levels of FSH,LH,E2 and FSH / LH.(4)Bushentiaojing Recipe and estradiol valerate tablets / estradiol cyproterone tablets can both improve the increase the number of follicles,the Bushentiaojing Recipe treatment was more effective than the single use of estradiol valerate tablets / estradiol cyproterone in increasing the number of follicles.
