Part ? Effects of different administration methods on serum concentration of Rehin in critically ill patients Objective :To compare the effect of different administration methods on serum concentration of Rehin in critically ill patients. Methods: Twenty-four pateints of critically ill, which were selected from the 94 th Hospital of PLA from April 2017 to Feb 2018.Patients were randomly divided into nasogastric tube administration group and nasointestinal tube administration group. The two groups of patients were fed with rhubarb powder 30 g.The blood sample was taken from patients by intravenous administration at 0.5h,1h,2h,and 4h after administration of rhubarb by nasogastric tube and nasointestinal tube. The serum concentration of rehin were analyzed by high performace liquid chromatography for determination. Results: The peak concentrations of rhein in the nasogastric tube group and the nasointestinal tube group were both at 1h.The concentration of rhein at 0.5h,1h,and 2h were significantly higher(p<0.05)in nasogastric tube administration group than nasointeastinal tube administration group, which were[2.22(0.99-3.39)? g/ml],[4.61(1.91-5.08)? g/ml],and [1.15(0.74-1.76)? g/ml] in nasogastric tube administration group and were [0.16(0.00-0.36)?g/ml],[1.79(1.58-2.43)?g/ml],and [1.72(1.39-4.41)?g/ml] in nasointestinal tube administration group. But the concentration of rehin at 4h and 6h in the nasogastric tube administration group were significantly lower than the nasointeastinal tube administration group, which were [0.81(0.53-1.08)?g/ml] and [0.21(0.06-0.67)?g/ml] in nasogastric tube administration group and were [1.21(0.90-1.65)?g/ml] and [1.36(0.96-2.48)?g/ml] in nasointeastinal tube administration group Conclusion:Rhubarb can be absorbed by stomach and jejunum, but the peak concentration of rhein in serum is higher in nasointestinal tube administration group than in nasogastric tube administration group.Part ? A comparative study of the therapeutic effect of rhubarb on septic patients with CoagulopathyObjective:To investigate the effect of rhubarb on coagulation in septic patientsMethods:Twenty septic patients were selected from the intensive care unit of the 908 th Hospital of Chinese People,s Liberation Army Joint Logistic Support Force from Jun 2018 to Oct 2018.The blood samples were collected before rhubarb administration(0h)and 1h,4h,and 24 h after rhubarb administration. After collected, the blood samples were sent to the laboratory and performed laboratory tests, which contained prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time, fibrinogen, thrombin time and the thromboelastography parameters.Result:The CRP of 24 h group was significantly lower(p<0.05)than 0h group. No significance of WBC,PCT PLT,PT,APTT,TT,FIB,FDP,AT III R value, and CI has been found among these groups.(p>0.05).The D-dimer of 4h group was significantly lower than 1h and 24 h groups(p<0.05).The MA and angle of 4h group was significantly lower than 0h,1h,and 24 h groups(p<0.05).The K value in 4h group was significantly higher than 1h group. There was no significant difference in R value and CI value in each group(p>0.05).Conclusion:Septic patients showed a significant increase in FDP and D-dimer.Rhubarb has anti-inflammatory and anti-platelet aggregation and can improve fibrinogen function.
