Objective To understand the status and risk factors for Helicobacter Pylori?Hp?infection among medical staff in a third-grade class-A hospital in Hohhot.And explore its iatrogenic transmission routes.Methods A total of 311 in-service medical staff?experimental group?from December 2017 to December 2018 and 300 healthy subjects in the same period?control group?were collected.Then direct them to fill in the questionnaire for the risk factors of Helicobacter pylori infection?see attached table?correctly.And detect the infection of Helicobacter pylori by the 14C-urea breath test and analyze the risk factors of Hp infection.Results?1?The Hp infection rate of medical staff was 51.26%and the Hp infection rate of healthy subjects was 42.67%.There was a significant difference between the two?P<0.05?.?2?In the department of gastroenterology,the Hp infection rate of medical staff in the endoscopy room was70.83%,higher than that of medical staff in the ward?41.94%??P<0.05?.There was no significant difference betbeen the endoscopy room doctor and the endoscopy room nurse?P>0.05?.There was significant difference in the infection status between the endoscopic room doctors and the ward doctors?P<0.05?.There was no significant difference in the infection status between the endoscopy room nurses and the ward nurses?P>0.05?.?3?Hp infection is related to the economic income of medical staff,living conditions,consumption of dairy products,consumption of raw garlic,hand washing before meals,sharing of tableware,eating conditionsand use of disposable gloves in clinical work?P<0.05?.The education level,upper gastrointestinal symptoms,family history of gastric cancer,smoking,drinking,eating sweets or high-salt diet were not associated with Hp infection?P>0.05?.?4?Risk factors for Hp infection include high economic income,collective living,regular consumption of dairy products,shared tablewareand and eating out.Protective factors for Hp infection include washing hands before meals and wearing disposable gloves at work.Conclusion?1?The Hp infection rate in medical staff is higher than that of healthy people.?2?In the department of gastroenterology,the Hp infection rate of medical staff in the endoscopy room is higher than that of medical staff in the ward.The Hp infection rate of doctors in the endoscopy room is higher than that of ward doctors.?3?Risk factors for Hp infection include high economic income,collective living,regular consumption of dairy products,shared tablewareand and eating out.Protective factors for Hp infection include washing hands before meals and wearing disposable gloves at work.
