Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Dry Eye Caused By MGD By Combination Of Bloodletting Cupping Combined With Chinese Medicine Qingxuanrunmu Yin Internal And External Therapy

Objective:Through the clinical observation,evaluate the effect of bloodletting and cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine Qingxuanrunmuyin internal and external therapy on the dry eye caused by MGD.Methods:In this study,90 patients with dry eye were randomly divided into 3 groups(30 cases in each group).The control group 1(Chinese medicine group)traditional Chinese medicine Qingxuanrunmuyin internal and external therapy,treatment group(bloodletting cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine group)bloodletting and cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine Qingxuanrunmuyin internal and external therapy,the control group 2(western medicine with tarsal gland massage group)pramarfen eye drops,sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with tarsal gland massage.Three groups were treated for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment OSDI,SIT,BUT,meibomian gland function,fluorescein corneal staining and syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine were observed to perform the superiority test.Result:1.The Three groups of patients before and after treatment of subjective symptoms,ocular surface disease index,schirmer I test,tear break-up time,meibomian gland function,fluorescein corneal staining,syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine were improved.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(p<0.01).2.In terms of ocular surface disease index,compared with the control group 1 and the control group 2,the treatment group was superior to the control group.The treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(p<0.05).3.In terms of tear break-up time(BUT),the results of the two groups were compared with the difference between the three groups before and after treatment,The treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group 1 and the control group 2(P = 0.527>0.05).4.In terms of schirmer I test(SIT),the difference between the three groups before and after treatment,the overall difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group 1 and the control group 2,and the statistical significance;the control group 1 is better than the control group 2,but no statistically significant.5.In terms of meibomian gland function,the difference between the two groups was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the control group 1 had higher efficacy than the control group 2,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).6.In terms of fluorescein corneal staining,the difference between the two groups was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group 1 and the control group 2(P>0.05).But the difference between the two control groups was not statistically significant.7.In terms of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,the difference between the three groups before and after treatment,the overall difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Using the LSD method to compare the difference between the three groups before and after treatment,the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group 1,the control group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.000<0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group 1 and the control group 2(P=0.172>0.05).Indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group 1 and the control group 2,and the statistical significance;the control group 1 is better than the control group 2,but no statistically significant.Conlusion:1.Bloodletting and cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine Qingxuanrunmuyin internal and external therapy,western medicine with tarsal gland massage,traditional Chinese medicine Qingxuanrunmuyin internal and external therapy with the MGD caused by dry eye have therapeutic effect,the three can improve the patient's symptoms,reduce the eye table inflammation,increased tear film stability,promote tear secretion.2.In improving the function of the meibomian gland,bloodletting and cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine Qingxuanrunmuyin internal and external therapy had a significant advantage.3.In improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,bloodletting and cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine Qingxuanrunmuyin internal and external therapy with the effect is wonderfull.4.The bloodletting and cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine Qingxuanrunmuyin internal and external therapy for the treatment of dry eye caused by MGD was significantly better than Western medicine combined with meibomian gland massage and traditional Chinese medicine Qingxuanrunmuyin internal and external therapy.And pure Chinese medicine Qingxuanrunmuyin internal and external therapy taking better than western medicine with tarsal gland massage.
