Objective(1)to investigate the short-term efficacy and influencing factors of1 radiofrequency ablation of benign thyroid nodules;(2)to investigate the VRR of benign thyroid nodules with different components after radiofrequency ablation;(3)By introducing R value to evaluate the study of nodule morphological changes,it can reflect the new parameters of nodule shape changes after intervention.Parameter R value, the formula is: R =S surface area / V = [?(AB + AC + BC)/ 3] /(?ABC / 6)= 2(AB + AC + BC)/ ABC,because in the past we all passed Evaluate the volume change during the postoperative period to judge the nodule shrinkage, but sometimes the volume change may not be obvious. It is possible that the nodule only changes its shape, but we can't find it.By introducing the R value,as long as the volume and surface area are in place.A value can be reflected by the transformation, and the larger the ratio of surface area to volume, the more obvious the morphological change, the more significant the absorption effect. Methods a total of 43 patients and 44 nodules were treated by ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation of benign thyroid nodules in the ultrasonic department of the affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia medical university from December 2016 to December2017.Efficacy and safety of nodules were evaluated in 43 patients treated with radiofrequency ablation, and a comprehensive analysis was performed on nodules volume, volume reduction ratio(VRR),and nodules morphological change assessment value(R)immediately after surgery,1 month,3 months,6 months, and 12 months after surgery. Results in the 43 treated with radiofrequency ablation nodule volume, postoperative VRR value, the statistics analysis of R value, between multiple sets of 1 month,3 months,6 months,12 months VRR value and volume are statistically difference(P < 0.05),the two comparison between the two groups can be seen in December is given priority to with sac the smallest, and given priority to with real and solid, description is given priority to with sac volume change effect is best;At 12 months, the cystic dominant R value and VRR were the largest, while the solid dominant and the solid were both small, indicating that the cystic dominant R value and VRR had the best effect.Long-term follow-up emphasizes the changes in the shape and spatial structure of thyroid benign nodules after RFA intervention, rather than the changes in size. The index R can reflect the morphological changes to a certain extent, and can be used as a new index to evaluate the absorption of thyroid benign nodules after ablation. At the same time, the incidence of complications was low.Conclusion(1)Radiofrequency ablation for benign thyroid nodules is better in the application of cystic mixed nodules, the absorption rate of smaller nodules is relatively low,and the larger the R value, the better the absorption effect;(2)The VRR value of cystic nodules and solid nodules may be less than the actual VR value after two-dimensional evaluation.R value;(3)The actual ablation range for obtaining reliable real nodule data is larger than the predicted ablation range.Ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules is worthy of affirmation, and should be widely promoted in clinical practice. At the same time, parameter R can be used as a new index to evaluate the absorption of nodules.
