Observation Of Clinicl The Effect Of Gengnian Prescription On Blood Lipid In Patients With Perimenopausal Syndrome Of Kidney Deficiency

Objective:To observe the effect of self-designed Gengnian prescription on blood lipid in patients with kidney deficiency type perimenopause syndrome and observe the clinical effect of Gengnian prescription,to provide basis for clinical treatment of perimenopause syndrome with kidney deficiency type by using traditional Chinese medicine.Method:Sixty renal deficiency patients with perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(30 cases)was given Gengnianfang + Femoston(1/10),and the control group(30 cases)was given Femoston(1/10).After treating 8 weeks,blood lipid,KMI and TCM syndrome score of patients before and after treatment were evaluated by statistical methods.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in age,course of disease,KMI,TCM syndromescore,blood lipid(TG,CHOL,HDL-C,LDL-C),P>0.05.KMI,TCM synd-rome score and blood lipid(TG,CHOL,HDL-C and LDL-C)of the two groups after treatment were statistically different from those before treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the two groups after treatment was 96.67% in the observation group and 83.3% in the control group.The total effective rate was statistically different between the two groups(P<0.05).Safety indexes of patients in both groups were normal before and after treatment.Conclusion:The self-designed Gengnian+ Femoston(1/10)were superior to the control group in the clinical efficacy in the trement of perimenopausal syndrome with kidney deficiency type,which can significantly relief perimenopausal symptoms,improve the metabolism ofblood lipid and the quality life of patients with perimenopausal syndrome.
