Objective: through clinical observation on group statistical assessment, assessmen t of primary Sjogren syndrome of yin deficiency and bloodstasis tongue clinical improv ement,and as a basis for guiding clinical treatment.Methods: 60 cases of patients without changing the treatment of the original way of life, to 3 months for a course of treatment, the clinical efficacy of a full course o f treatment after statics. Separately from the SSDAI score, TCM syndrome score and clinical examination index in three aspects were observed and compared.Results: TCM syndrome score in patients with clinical symptoms, the tongue is of obvious clinical curative effect, and has a good guiding significance. The physic chemical index improvement after the treatment, ESR and I g G, I g M and I g A values were improved to varying degrees, of which ESR(P < 0.01), lg G(P<0.01) showed significant improvement in. In patients treated for immunological assay ind ex numerical changes there was no significant difference between groups(P>O.05). C onclusion: the study results show that,like and physic and chemical index of clinica l symptoms had a better clinical effect of yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome i n patients with tongue dry, with tongue as the syndrome differentiation treatm ent of the disease, the effect is obvious.
