Study On The Correlation Between TCM Syndrome Differentiation And Clinical Indexes Of Primary Carcinoma Of Liver

Objective: In this study,the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome types of primary carcinoma of liver(primary carcinoma of liver PLC)were analyzed retrospectively,and the clinical epidemiological manifestations of the disease were discussed,and the correlation between its clinical indexes and TCM syndrome differentiation and classification was studied.So as to seek the indexes with dialectical value of each syndrome type of primary liver cancer,provide clinical basis for objective dialectical classification of traditional Chinese medicine,and lay a scientific foundation for further research and treatment of primary liver cancer.Methods: A retrospective study was conducted to diagnose 120 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma from August 2016 to December 2018 in the Department of Hepatology of Hebei traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,which met the inclusion criteria and had good data.Collect and record the basic information,physical and chemical indicators,imaging examination and other clinical indicators of patients with primary liver cancer,according to the unified standard for TCM syndrome differentiation,and under the guidance of two chief TCM doctors,summarize the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes of primary liver cancer.SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used to investigate the correlation between TCM syndrome differentiation and clinical indicators of primary liver cancer.Results:Among the 120 patients,the ratio of male to female was 3.14:1,and each syndrome was mainly male;in the age distribution,60-69 years old was the high-incidence age of PLC,and the average age of each syndrome was 62.8?11.81 years old.Analysis of the causes of the disease,liver cirrhosis and chronic hepatitis B are the main causes of primary liver cancer,in additionto the occurrence of PLC and chronic hepatitis C,non-alcoholic fatty liver,alcoholic liver disease also have a certain relationship.Correlation analysis between TCM syndrome types and clinical indicators of primary liver cancer: The level of WBC is the highest in liver and kidney yin deficiency type,and it is statistically significant compared with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type;the level of HGB is the lowest in liver and kidney yin deficiency type,and compared with the other three types of statistical significance;PLT levels were highest in qi stagnation and blood stasis type,and there was no statistical difference between the syndrome types.The level of ALB was the highest in liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type,and it was statistically significant compared with liver and kidney yin deficiency type.The level of ALT was the highest in the form of damp heat and toxicosis,and it was statistically significant compared with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type and qi stagnation and blood stasis type.The level of AST was the highest in liver and kidney yin deficiency type,and it was statistically significant compared with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type;the levels of TBIL and PT were the lowest in liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type,and there were significant differences compared with the other three types.The level of AFP was the highest in the level of damp-heat toxicity,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two types.There was a statistically significant difference between TCM syndrome type and morphological manifestations,liver cancer staging,and liver function grading.Conclusion: This study verified the correlation between TCM syndrome differentiation and clinical objective indexes such as blood routine,liver function,prothrombin time,liver function grading,morphological manifestation,liver cancer grading in patients with primary liver cancer.It is proved that it is feasible to quantify the clinical indexes of every syndrome in patients with primary liver cancer.With the change of syndrome type,the condition is aggravated,the change of objective index is greater,and the prognosis is worse.
